Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the discipline is to reveal the mechanism of the functioning of the national economy on the basis of macroeconomic theories, concepts, models substantiated by world and domestic science and tested by economic practice.
Завдання: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes 1. Knowledge and understanding of scientific and mathematical principles underlying state and economic analysis; 2. Understanding the tools and strategies of market analysis, the functioning of a private enterprise and a public organization; 3. Knowledge of the current state of affairs in the development of the state, regions, territorial communities and skills for their improvement, taking into account the principles of international cooperation; 4. Possessing sufficient knowledge of the influence of factors on management decision-making in the public, economic, social and environmental context; The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: • general: ZK3. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ZK4. Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. ZK6. Ability to communicate in the national language both orally and in writing. ZK 8. Ability to work in a team. • Special (professional, subject) competences (SK): SK5. Participate in the development of marketing support for business development in conditions of certain uncertainty. SK10. The ability to justify and present the results of research in the field of marketing.
Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: PH3. Analyze market phenomena and processes based on the application of theoretical knowledge and applied skills of marketing activities. PH16. Be able to collect and analyze information about the political and economic situation in the country. PH17. Be able to observe and assess the state of the external and internal environment of marketing activities.
Required prior and related subjects: - Prerequisites: economic theory, business Economics. - Corequisites: stats, microeconomics.
Summary of the subject: In the process of studying the academic discipline "Macroeconomics", students study theoretical provisions and specific methods of achieving high rates of economic growth, a high level of employment, stabilization of the exchange rate and a balanced balance of payments. Competences that students will master: 1. Understanding the essence and content of the main theoretical provisions of macroeconomics. 2. The ability to independently analyze economic problems at the macro level. 3. The ability to use the tools of macroeconomic analysis to assess the economic situation in the country. 4. Understanding the essence of the market economy and the mechanism of its functioning at the macroeconomic level. 5. To model macroeconomic processes taking into account the peculiarities of the impact of certain factors on them. 6. The ability to analyze the macroeconomic policy of the state. 7. The ability to use macroeconomic forecasting for various areas of business activity. 8. Understanding the interdependence of economic, political and social processes in the country.
Опис: Macroeconomics as a science; macroeconomic indicators in the system of national accounts; labor market functioning mechanism; population employment and unemployment; money and financial markets; equilibrium on the money market; inflation: essence, types, causes; aggregate expenditures and equilibrium GDP; aggregate demand and its components; aggregate offer and its components; balance of aggregate supply and demand; consumption and savings; investments; economic growth and economic development; economic functions of the state; fiscal policy; National budget; monetary policy; main forms of foreign economic relations; balance of payments and its structure; exchange rates and currency systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: Diagnostics of students' knowledge is carried out with the help of an oral survey in practical classes, independent works. When working remotely (including under quarantine conditions), an interview with students is expected during video conferences during lectures and practical classes. Laboratory work is carried out in the classroom or (in the case of distance learning) on a home computer. Individual reports from laboratory work and written works are forwarded to the National Academy of Sciences, or to the teacher's e-mail address in the domain. Remote classes are held on the MS Teams and ZOOM platforms.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (testing, independent work, essay) - 40 points; Final control - 60 points
