Learning outcomes: - Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems. - Collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic indicators, justify management decisions based on the use of the necessary analytical and methodological tools. - Identify and analyze the key characteristics of systems at different levels, as well as the characteristics of the behavior of their subjects. - Assess the risks of activities, establish the level of uncertainty of the marketing environment when making management decisions. - Explain information, ideas, problems and alternatives for management decisions to specialists and non-specialists, representatives of various structural units of the market entity. - Demonstrate skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, be critical and self-critical. - To be responsible for the results of their activities, to show the skills of entrepreneurial and managerial initiative. - Perform functional responsibilities in the group, offer sound marketing solutions.

Summary of the subject: In the process of studying the discipline "Management" students will become familiar with the theory of management, basic concepts and categories of management science, management functions and decision-making, the method of using basic tools of organization management and the characteristics of the impact of various factors on the effectiveness of the management system of the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: • semester control (100%); • current control (40%); • exam (60%).
