Learning outcomes: Understand the principles, methods and tools of government and market regulation in financial, banking and insurance activities. Apply specialized information systems, advanced financial technologies and software. Form and analyze the financial statements and correctly interpret the information received. Have a methodological toolkit for exercising control functions in the field of finance, banking and insurance. Be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify key characteristics of financial systems, as well as the behavior of their subjects. Ability to apply the methods of financing the operational and investment activities of economic entities. Knowledge of computer skills, ability to use professional data processing software.

Summary of the subject: Fundamentals of financial activity of subjects of entrepreneurship. Features of financing of enterprises of different forms of business organization. Formation of equity capital of enterprises. Self-financing of the enterprise. Dividend policy of the enterprise. Loan capital of the enterprise. Financial aspects of enterprise reorganization. Financial investments of enterprises. Estimating the cost of enterprises. Financial activity of enterprises in the field of foreign economic relations. Financial Controlling. Budgeting at the enterprise.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (30 points). - final control (70 points).
