Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the qualification exam is a summary of theoretical knowledge and skills of professional disciplines that assess the volume and quality of learning by students in the formation of the professional qualification level of bachelors.
Завдання: The task of the qualification examination is verification methodological and theoretical principles, problems and provisions of the following economic disciplines, as well as the ability to use them in the analysis of economic phenomena and in practical activities. Special attention is paid to identifying the knowledge and skills of the applicant to analyze the current conditions of implementation of economic reforms in Ukraine, identifying skills for solving practical tasks, concrete analysis of problematic situations at the macro- and microeconomic levels.
Learning outcomes: - Demonstrate basic creative and critical thinking skills in research and professional communication. - Understand the requirements for the specialty activity, due to the need to ensure the sustainable development of Ukraine, its strengthening as a democratic, social, rule of law. - To know their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to understand the values of a free democratic society, the rule of law, the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine. - Identify achievements and identify the values of society on the basis of understanding of the subject area in the general system of knowledge, use different types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Summary of the subject: The purpose of the state certification of a student is to determine the actual conformity of his preparation with the requirements of educational and qualification characteristics. State certification is carried out by the State Examination Commission (SEC) after completion of training at a certain educational and qualification level. The SEC evaluates the level of scientific-theoretical and practical training of graduates, decides on the acquisition of a certain educational level, the appropriation of the relevant qualification and the issue of a document on higher education.
Опис: The state exam consists of a final comprehensive check of the level of knowledge and skills of a bachelor, which he must demonstrate in order to confirm the compliance of his acquired competencies with regulatory requirements in the disciplines "Financial market", "Budget system", "Investment", "Financial activities of business entities" in the volume of current educational programs. The state exam is conducted as a test in written and oral form and, accordingly, consists of two parts: written and oral.
Assessment methods and criteria: The state exam consists of a test examination of knowledge (I and II level of difficulty), a written solution of a complex situational problem (III level of complexity) from the disciplines that form a specialist of the relevant specialization and oral components. All tickets from the state are equivalent in terms of complexity and complexity. The state exam kit contains 30 tasks (tickets). The structure of the exam ticket is as follows. Each task is built on three levels of difficulty. Questions in a task can be presented both in the form of definitions, and in the form of tests and tasks.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The assessment is carried out based on the maximum number of points - 100, which are distributed as follows: 1. written component of 70 points, of which: Level I: 20 tests – 20 points (each test is valued at 1 point); II level: 8 tasks – 32 points (each task is valued at 4 points); Level III: 2 tasks – 18 points (each task is valued at 9 points). 2. oral component – 30 points. The evaluation of the state examination of the DEC is the result of both components. The student's knowledge is evaluated by the state commission based on the relevant criteria. Criteria for evaluating the results of writing tasks components of the state exam: - the maximum score for the task of difficulty level 1 – 1 point is given to the student who chose the correct answer from the proposed ones (if the student chose the wrong answer, the task is evaluated at 0 points); - the maximum score for a task of difficulty level 2 – 8 points is given to a student who correctly and rationally solved the task, provided all the calculation formulas, showed a rational solution to the problem and wrote the corresponding conclusions. - the maximum score for the task of difficulty level 3 - points is awarded to the student who chose the correct answer, completed the task, provided a clear and complete description of the progress of the task and a justified conclusion about of the assigned task (in the event that the student did not fully complete the assigned task, did not provide a complete description of the progress of solving the task and/or made minor mistakes when completing the task, as a result of which he chose the wrong answer or drew an incorrect conclusion, for this task separate points, proportional to the proportion of correctly completed tasks).
