Summary of the subject: Cellular Biotechnology of medicinal raw materials and the selection of drugs. Using cultures of isolated cells and tissues to produce biologically active substances. Method of cultivation. Callus culture. Deep cultivation of plant cells in a liquid nutrient medium. The cultivation of individual cells. Isolated protoplasts. Microclonal reproduction. Polymers as excipients and drugs. Bioactive and bioinert polymers biodegradation and the biodegradation of polymers, methods of preparation. Polymers with its own biological activity and polymers media. Therapeutic targeted delivery system, prolonged and controlled release. Nano- structures, objects, materials and technologies; nanopharmacology. Nanoscale systems deliver drugs.
