Summary of the subject: Information Systems Project Management: Methods, Tools and Techniques. The project management standard. The IT project life cycle. The IT project members. The processes of project management and groups of processes. The graphical representation of the project management process. The dependency graphs between the processes. The IT project main documents. The project management areas of knowledge. The IT project content management. The IT project deadline management. The appraisal of resources and operation duration. The project schedule development and management. The quality planning. The quality assurance and control process. The human resources management. The IT project communication management. The IT project management mathematical models.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control (40%); written reports on laboratory work, oral examination, control work • Final control (60%): written, testing, oral examination
