Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the training course is the technological training of design engineers of instrument-making specialties to improve the designs and cost of mechatronics equipment, for which the necessary information is provided on the principles of construction and organization of modern production, the implementation of progressive methods of manufacturing products based on scientific research and the generalization of best practices. industry; to bring to the student a set of knowledge about the methods and means of carrying out production processes, as well as the processes themselves, during which a qualitative change in the subject of production occurs.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general competences: - acquisition of basic knowledge of chemistry, theoretical mechanics and material science in the amount necessary in the field of "Metrology and information and measurement technology" (ЗK7); professional competences: - ability to use modern software for processing and analysis of measurement results (ФК3); - acquisition of basic ideas about the operation and design of digital and analog units of measuring equipment (ФК6); - acquisition of basic knowledge about the structure, operation and interaction of the main nodes of single-chip microcontrollers and the design principles of microprocessor information and measurement complexes and systems (ФК7); - the ability to formulate the basic principles of building algorithms for modeling measurement processes and processing measurement information (ФК8); - the ability to choose methods and means of measurements, tests and control, to perform experimental studies of products, processes and to process the obtained results. (ФК10); - the ability to develop, implement and test at the application level the software of measuring devices (ФК16); professional competences of a professional direction: - the ability to communicate professionally in a foreign language (ФКС5.1); - acquisition of basic knowledge of the structure, operation and interaction of the main nodes of single-chip microcontrollers and principles of design and programming of microprocessor data collection systems (ФКС5.7).
Learning outcomes: In consequence of learning student must: know - how to perform electrical installation; - methods of manufacturing printed circuit boards, scales and drawing images on the dashboard; - methods of application of metallic and polymer coatings; - methods of laser, electro-physical and electrochemical treatments. be able - to choose the kind of installation, according to the terms of use of the devices; - to use methods of execution of images on the devices and coating - to calculate the elements of the modes galvanic, laser and electro-physical treatment
Required prior and related subjects: - prerequisite: professionally oriented disciplines of I-IV courses; - corequisite: the implementation of magister's qualification work.
Summary of the subject: This discipline sets the task of studying the main components of technological processes that are used in the manufacture of mechatronics, practical implementation of progressive methods of modern production, taking into account its principles of construction and organization.

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The evaluation of learning results is carried out in accordance with the quality and completeness of the tasks of current control, calculation-graphic, course, credit control, qualification works, as well as the defense of course and qualification works.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: The procedure and criteria for assigning points and assessments 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
