Завдання: The study of the educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students: integral competence: INT - the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems during professional activity in the field of metrological support of production or in the training process, which involves the application of theories and methods of measurements and are characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions arising at the stage of production of products. general competencies: ZK3 - Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level. ZK5 - ability to apply knowledge in practice; ZK6 - the ability to search and analyze information from various sources; Special (professional) competences: SK2 - the ability to develop systems of metrological support for measurements, to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the metrological support system of the enterprise and to develop a plan for its improvement, to effectively apply methods of analysis of measurement errors and means of measurement and evaluation of their values while ensuring product quality. SK3 - the ability to design metrological production support systems taking into account goals, limitations, technical, economic and legal aspects. SK4 - the ability to build and investigate hierarchical systems of metrological production. SK5 - the ability to build architecture and create system and application software of computer systems and networks. SK7 - the ability to research, develop systems for confirming the metrological conformity of measuring instruments and carry out their rational optimization. SK9 - the ability to present the results of one's own research and/or development in the form of presentations, scientific and technical reports, articles and reports at scientific and technical conferences.
Learning outcomes: The result of training is the ability to formulate the task of metrological assurance of product quality at the enterprise, to choose controlled parameters, methods and means of measurement, to develop a program of metrological examination of technical and technological documentation, to develop means of operational control of measuring equipment, to develop a program of metrological calibration of measuring equipment.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Verification of measuring equipment, Methods and means of increasing the accuracy of measurements and tests.
Summary of the subject: Formation of the concept, goals and tasks of metrological assurance of product quality. Basics of selection of controlled parameters. Measurement methods. Selection of measurement tools for control of parameters of technological processes. Organization and procedure of metrological examination. Operation of measuring devices (calibration, influence of operating conditions). Evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the system of metrological support of production. Evaluation of metrological risks of production. Methods of operational control of metrological characteristics of measuring instruments.
Опис: Introduction. The purpose and objectives of the course. Analysis of the impact of metrological support on product quality. Regulatory and legal bases of metrological assurance of product quality. Measurement methods. Selection of measurement tools for control of parameters of technological processes. Organization and procedure of metrological examination. Operation of measuring devices (calibration, influence of operating conditions). Evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the system of metrological support of production. Evaluation of metrological risks of production. Methods of operational control of metrological characteristics of measuring instruments.
Assessment methods and criteria: Oral survey, test papers (30%) Final test (70%, tests, exam): written and oral form (70%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The semester grade is issued on the condition that the student completes the study plan.
The procedure and criteria for assigning points and evaluations: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied, in their relationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
