Завдання: Based on the results of studying the discipline, a specialist should be able to:
- Analyze objects of qualimetry - systems using cognitive maps;
- Apply the methods of formalized presentation of quality measurement objects as systems;
- Conduct mathematical modeling of objects in order to optimize their parameters;
- Apply elements of mathematical statistics for quality control;
- Apply methods of system analysis to synthesize rational systems;
- Build graphs and adjacency matrices for system analysis;
- Use mathematical methods for system diagnostics.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must to have
• Knowledge of modern methods and means of measurement, control and testing, including quality control of products, processes and services;
• Knowledge of evaluation systems and determination of product parameters;
• Knowledge of methods, means, as well as the regulatory framework for product quality assurance.
• Ability to formalize the description of the object of research, determine its parameters and make proposals for their improvement;
• Ability to organize and conduct scientific research work at enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership.
• Ability to organize testing and quality control of products, investigate their safety in relation to health, property of consumers, environmental and state requirements, apply the principles of continuous improvement and ensuring product competitiveness.

Summary of the subject: Within the scope of the study of the discipline, the object of qualimetry is considered as a system of interconnected elements, which are characterized, in turn, by a system of interconnected quality indicators. In order to reliably assess quality measurement objects and make the right management decisions during their design, manufacture and operation, it is necessary to use the apparatus of system analysis.

Principles of classification of systems and their structuring
Obtaining primary information for system analysis
Theoretical foundations of the analytical hierarchy method
The goal tree method
Methods of functional analysis
The Delphi method
Other methods of system analysis (scenario method, commission method...)
The role of experiment and measurements in system analysis
Chapter 3. Methodological aspects of modeling using a system approach.
Analysis and synthesis in the study of complex systems. Basic operations of analysis and synthesis: decomposition and aggregation.
Analysis of systems using cognitive maps.
Decision tables.
Modeling systems using Petri nets.
Mathematical methods in system diagnostics.
Prospects for the development of systems analysis methods.
Assessment methods and criteria: Oral interviews, referencework ;
Final evaluation (control test): written-oral form .
