Завдання: GK1. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. Acquisition of a flexible way of thinking, open to the application of economic knowledge to solve strategic and current tasks (while maintaining a critical attitude to established scientific concepts).
GK4. Ability to identify, pose and solve problems taking into account the available resources.
GK10. Ability to generate new ideas (creativity).
SK7. Ability to search, use and interpret information necessary for solving professional and scientific tasks in the field of finance, banking and insurance.
SK9. Ability to develop technical tasks for the design of information systems in the field of finance, banking and insurance.
SK10. Ability to perform scientific research in the field of finance, banking and insurance, taking into account the tasks and existing limitations.
Learning outcomes: PLO03. Adapt and modify existing scientific approaches and methods to specific situations of professional activity.
PLO04. Search, process, systematize and analyze information necessary for solving professional and scientific tasks in the field of finance, banking and insurance.
PLO10. Carry out diagnostics and modeling of financial activities of economic entities.
PLO13. Assess the degree of complexity of tasks when planning activities and processing their results.
PLO14. To substantiate the relevance of research, the possibility of achieving the set goals taking into account the available resources, to put forward hypotheses, to argue conclusions based on the results of research.
PLO18. Choose methods of adaptation and ways of using international standards and regulations in the practical activities of a professional in the field of finance.
PLO20. Use the information systems of state financial bodies and corporate information systems, electronic systems for transferring banking information, interbank and other payment systems.
Teaching and learning methods:
Lectures, laboratory classes - information-receptive method, heuristic method, problem presentation method, workshops, cases; independent work - problem-solving method, application of the latest information and communication technologies in education.
Methods of assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes:
Current control – execution and defense of the research task, oral and face-to-face interview; collective problem solving, testing.

Financial innovations, Modeling of activities on the insurance market.
Summary of the subject: The discipline is aimed at providing students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the peculiarities of the functioning of the FinTech market, the use of FinTech tools, and the automation of business processes.
Опис: The essence, role and properties of information technology in finance. Application of information technology tools in the financial sector. The fundamentals of the FinTech market. FinTech in the stock market. Principles of the functioning of the digital economy. E-commerce. E-Business. Shared Service Centres. Principles for providing a cyber security system. Financial management of IT projects.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control:
- Test survey;
- Oral survey in laboratory classes;
- Performance of laboratory works and their protection;
- Execution of individual research tasks and their protection;
- Work on cases, at workshops;
- Work in small groups;
- Writing essays, report abstracts, articles.
Final control: according to the results of the current control.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Final control - (100%): laboratory training (50%), tests (20%), oral component (30%).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: Laboratory classes (performance of laboratory tasks, individual research tasks) - 50 points;
Oral survey during students' work in small groups during lectures and laboratory classes - 30 points;
Testing - 20 points.
Remote work (including during quarantine) involves interviewing students during video conferences during lectures and laboratory sessions, working in the software during laboratory work, workshops. Written works are forwarded to the VLE, or to the professor's e-mail address in the @lpnu.ua domain.
