Мета вивчення дисципліни: The discipline is aimed at forming higher education students a system of theoretical and practical knowledge on the methodology and organization of financial planning based on the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account national and scientific research, students mastering the strategy and tactics of financial support of project activities, finding optimal financial and investment solutions, familiarizing themselves with the role international financial institutions in project financing and mastering the methods of attracting financial resources through international markets; formation of skills to assess financial markets and identify risks that accompany financial planning, as well as methods and methods of their insurance.
Завдання: general competencies: Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. professional competences: The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of scientific, analytical and methodical tools for justifying management decisions in the field of finance, banking and insurance. Ability to handle technical tasks for the design of information systems in the field of finance, banking and insurance. The ability to adapt and implement international standards and regulations in the practical activities of corporations in terms of managing assets, capital, investments, financial results, financial risks. The ability of scientific research and modeling of budgeting and taxation processes in corporations, their anti-crisis financial management and financial controlling, relationship with financial intermediaries, management of investment and contractual activities in corporations, using professional knowledge of finance, banking and insurance.
Learning outcomes: - Carry out adaptation and modification of existing scientific approaches and methods to specific situations of professional activity; - Recover, process, systematize and analyze information necessary for solving professional and scientific tasks in the field of finance, banking and insurance; - Carry out diagnostics and modeling of financial activities of economic entities; - Assess the degree of complexity of tasks when planning activities and processing their results; - Choose methods of adaptation and directions for using international standards and regulations in the practical activities of a professional in the field of finance; - Use tools and technologies of modern management in the management of financial and non-financial institutions (financial controlling, budgeting, tax monitoring, rehabilitation, optimization of business processes); - To carry out general, financial, tax, operational due diligence within the framework of the activities of financial and non-financial corporations; - Use information systems of state financial bodies and corporate information systems, electronic systems for transferring bank information, interbank and other payment systems; - Choose and apply economic - mathematical methods and models and determine the advantages of their practical application in the activities of financial and non-financial corporations; - Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of training and professional activity, including certain knowledge of modern achievements; - Solving complex, unpredictable tasks and problems in specialized areas of professional activity and/or training, which involves the collection and interpretation of information (data), the selection of methods and tools, the use of innovative approaches; - Responsibility for the professional development of individuals and/or groups of individuals.

Summary of the subject: The discipline is aimed at the formation of students of higher education assimilation of methods, methods, mechanisms and tools of financial resources for financing various projects from various possible sources, as well as mastering the strategy and tactics of financial support of financial planning.

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control of the acquirer's work: testing; oral survey, assessment of performance and defense of laboratory work and individual scientific research task. Examination control: evaluation of the examination (written and oral components). Written component: tasks of the 1st and 2nd level - tests; tasks of the 3rd level - tasks.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (40 points): 1. Testing by topics in the National Security Service – 5 points 2. Execution and defense of an individual research project – 20 points 3. Oral survey, work in small groups - 15 points Examination control (EC)-60 points: 1. Written component - 45 points; 2. Oral component - 15 points Total for the discipline - 100 points
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
