Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the educational discipline is: study by students of higher education of the complex formation of a system of theoretical and practical knowledge about the main directions of the development of electronic commerce, methods of its management, mechanisms of support and application of entrepreneurial activity in the Internet environment in the conditions of globalization.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of the competencies of students of higher education: integral competence: the ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve conducting research and/or implementing innovations under uncertainty of conditions and requirements general competences: 1. Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups of different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity); 2. Skills in using information and communication technologies; professional (specialties): 1. Ability to create and organize effective communications in the management process; 2. Ability to develop projects, manage them, show initiative and entrepreneurship; 3. The ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of classical and modern theoretical-methodological, methodical-applied and normative-legal basis of management of a wide range of operations, forms and types of foreign economic activity; 4. The ability to manage international commercial transactions electronically.
Learning outcomes: Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions; Substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas; Organize and carry out effective communication within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context; Use specialized software and information systems to solve the problems of organization management; Be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in the state and foreign languages. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems. Be able to plan and implement information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit). Establish, develop and balance relations with stakeholders (exporters, importers, consumers, customs brokerage agencies, public authorities, financial and credit, transport, logistics, insurance, legal organizations) in the process of foreign economic activity; Organize international commercial operations using modern information and intellectual technologies. Communicating information, ideas, problems, solutions and personal experience in the field of professional activity to specialists and non-specialists. Ability to effectively form a communication strategy. Management of complex actions or projects, responsibility for decision-making in unpredictable conditions. Responsibility for professional development of individuals and / or groups of individuals, ability to further study with a high level of autonomy.

Summary of the subject: The content and structure of the educational discipline "International electronic commerce" reflects the main provisions related to the acquisition by students of education of system and subject knowledge in the field of electronic commerce and their practical application. The educational discipline revealed the essence and meaning of e-commerce, analyzed the legislative framework for the regulation of e-commerce, types and their main methods, determined the role of international organizations in the development of international e-commerce, analyzed the features of e-commerce in EU countries, determined their significance in the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. The key goal is the development of students' practical skills and knowledge, deepening of knowledge in the field of international electronic commerce, in particular, regarding key concepts. The purpose of this course is the formation of a system of theoretical and practical knowledge, skills in electronic commerce, which will enable students and specialists to professionally carry out their activities in a modern dynamic global environment. In the process of developing the structure of the course, the recommendations of educational and professional programs, materials of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, Internet sources, statistical publications, both Ukrainian and world, materials of international and all-Ukrainian scientific conferences, and other scientific information about advanced achievements in the field of electronic commerce were taken into account. . The basic trends in modern e-commerce trends, current problems and the nearest prospects for the development of e-commerce both in Ukraine and in the world were revealed.

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: - current control (40%): labs (30%), oral express examination (10%); - examination control (60%, exam): writing (50%), oral examination (10%).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: current control consists of an oral survey at lectures and laboratory classes, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original decisions, clarifications and definitions, etc.; written solution of test exercises and problems in the National Security Service; preparation of presentations, reports and performances (maximum score – 5 points); performance and defense of 5 laboratory works (maximum score for each – 6 points); Examination control consists of a written component (taking tests, answering open-ended questions, solving a situational task/problem) and an oral component (answering 5 questions, the maximum score for answering each question is estimated at 2 points).

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
