Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of mastering the discipline "Supply Management in Electronic Business" is the formation of a system of knowledge and skills in the field of planning, organization and control of integrated supply chains based on the logistics concept. The tasks of the discipline are: forming students' understanding of the essence of integration in supply chains; in the development of skills in the construction and control of supply chains; in familiarizing those studying with approaches to the formation of a logistics strategy, forms and means of its implementation in the conditions of globalization of economic processes; in mastering various combinations of methods and technologies that allow to significantly increase business efficiency by reducing costs in the supply chain..
Завдання: 1. The ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve conducting research and/or implementing innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements. 2. Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups at different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity). 3. Skills in using information and communication technologies. 4. The ability to act on the basis of ethical considerations (motives). 5. Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation. 6. The ability to apply the acquired in-depth knowledge of classical and modern theoretical-methodological and methodological-applied management bases of organizations of various types of economic activity and administration. 7. Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of business relations, their organizational, legal, exchange, tax, insurance support.
Learning outcomes: Learning Outcomes: 1. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. 2. To be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in national and foreign languages. 3. Make well-founded strategic marketing decisions, combine various economic and mathematical methods and models of planning, organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of the economic activity of enterprises and organizations. 4. Work in an e-commerce environment and shape e-commerce supply chains. Teaching and learning methods: - lecture and laboratory classes: information-receptive method; reproductive method; heuristic method; problem statement method. - independent work: reproductive method. Methods of evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes: - during current control: selective oral quiz; interpretation of the results of the performed laboratory work, tests, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, etc.; - exam - written quiz, test control.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisite: Electronic commerce; Business administration; Co-requisites: Іnformation systems and technologies in organization management.
Summary of the subject: The discipline "Supply Management in Electronic Business" is a holistic concept of conducting business that combines advanced organizational principles and the capabilities of modern information technologies. The scale of development of supply chain management is such that experts are already talking about the transfer of competition between enterprises to the sphere of competition of supply chains. Supply management in e-business is aimed at achieving two main effects: increasing the amount of income from sales of products/services due to increasing the level of service, accuracy of supplies and reducing fluctuations in demand; cost reduction due to inventory reduction, reduction of overhead and transaction costs in purchases, warehousing and sales, as well as improvement in the use of production and logistics capacities. To achieve the specified effects, there is a whole complex of different strategies, concepts, methods and technologies, various combinations of which can significantly increase business efficiency in various sectors of the economy.
Опис: The growing role of information and communication networks. Patterns of development of information and communication systems. Functional content of the management information system. Management of the development of management information systems. International classification of information systems for managing internal production and economic activities of the organization. Market of software for business activities of organizations. Formation of the organization's internal information infrastructure. Information resources of the global Internet network. Organization of electronic business. Security of information and communication systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control: individual tasks, analytical reports based on the results of laboratory workshops, oral s quiz, testing (40%); - final control (60%, control measure, exam): written-oral form.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The main criteria characterizing the student's level of competence when evaluating the results of the current and final examinations are following: - performance of all types of educational work provided for by the work program for the discipline; - the depth and nature of knowledge of the educational material according to the content of the educational discipline contained in the main and additional recommended professional sources; - the ability to analyze the studied phenomena in their relationship and development; - the nature of the answers to the questions (clarity, brevity, logic, consistency, etc.); - the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; - the ability to analyze the reliability of the obtained results. The amount of points that a student can receive in one semester from an academic discipline consists of points awarded to him for mastering content modules, within lectures and practical classes, performing individual and independent work and during all types of control. The applied method of distribution and calculation of points is regulated and corresponds to the Regulation on the organization and conduct of current and semester monitoring of the results of education of students of the Lviv Polytechnic National University.

Ability to act on the basis of ethical considerations (motives); Professional competencies of the specialty 1. The ability to form leadership qualities and demonstrate them in the process of managing people; 2. The ability to research markets, carry out comparative and analytical monitoring of competitors, diagnose and increase the competitiveness of enterprises and organizations; 3. Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of business relations, their organizational, legal, exchange, tax, insurance support. 4. Ability to use modern software and information and communication support in the field of management of organizations of various types of activities.
Learning outcomes: Program Learning Outcomes (PLO): 1. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context; 2. Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management problems; 3. Be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in national and foreign languages; 4. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional tasks; 5. Be able to plan and carry out informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit). 6. Опис: Chapter 1. Analysis of trends in the development of e-commerce technologies for supply management. Section 2. Development of recommendations for the implementation or improvement of existing information technologies in the field of supply management in the organization. Section 3. Justification of the proposed recommendations regarding the introduction of new information technologies for supply management in the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: – final control – defense of the course project .
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: Oral defense of the course project - 70 points. Design and content of the course project - 30 points.
