Мета вивчення дисципліни: Get acquainted with the components of change management, factors affecting changes in the organization and methods of managing them (educational cases).
Завдання: 1. the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the basics of professionally oriented disciplines of specialization in the fields of economics and innovative ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), managing their innovative development, designing and modeling innovative business processes, optimizing the management system of an innovative enterprise (organization), controlling innovative activities, creative management, innovation marketing, innovation risk management; 2. integrate and apply acquired theoretical knowledge in practice to solve management tasks in the field of innovation; 3. to plan, organize, control and regulate innovative activities at all levels of the economy, use modern mechanisms for motivating personnel in the field of innovative activities; 4. the ability to adapt to new unforeseen situations and make operational constructive decisions; 5. the ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen acquired and acquire new professional knowledge; 6. the ability to produce creative ideas, develop and manage innovative projects, independently and collectively perform professional tasks.
Learning outcomes: 1. ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk; 2. to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation; 3. to plan, organize, control and manage innovation activity at all levels of the economy, to use modern mechanisms to motivate staff in innovation activity sphere; 4. ability to be adaptive to the new unpredictable situations and to make the appropriate decisions; 5. ability to aware needs of lifelong learning, to enhance acquired and to acquire new professional knowledge; 6. ability to produce creative ideas, develop and manage innovative projects, perform professional tasks in independent and collectively ways.

Summary of the subject: The discipline is aimed at studying the process of managing changes in the organization (individual, team, organizational changes).
Опис: The essence of changes in nature and in open socio-economic systems (their relationship). Organizational excellence is the basis of organizational change. Learning and change. Person and changes. Types of competences. Behavioral, cognitive, psychodynamic, humanistic and psychological approaches to change. Management of own and others' changes. Types of corporate teams. The influence of individuals on team dynamics. Models and approaches to organizational change. Managers and leaders: common and different. Assessing the level of resistance to change. Development of recommendations for reducing resistance. Teams in the process of restructuring. Integration processes and changes in organizations. Reasons for mergers and acquisitions. Advantages and disadvantages of various organizational structures and associations.
Assessment methods and criteria: • written reports on laboratory works/ and practical tasks (cases), oral survey (50%); • final control (50%, control measure, exam): written and oral form.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • Current control (50 points): practical and laboratory exercises uploaded to the VNS (up to 10 + up to 10 points), oral survey/active discussions on practical and laboratory exercises (up to 10 + up to 10 points); 10 points for active discussions at lectures. • Final control (50 points): laboratory task (10b), practical task (10 р.), theoretical question (10 points), oral component (20 points).
