Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module, the student should know: - subject and tasks of the discipline "HR-technologies in management"; - classification of HR technologies and their use for different areas of personnel management; - main tendencies and trends in the Development of personnel management technologies in Ukraine and the world; - formation of HR technologies in the conditions of digitalization of the control system As a result of studying the module, the student should be able to: - use HR technologies for effective recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation of employees, Development of competency map and personnel development system of the organization; - to form a personnel reserve of the organization; - conduct staff assessment; - analyze and improve the motivation system of the organization's staff; - predict changes in technology and anticipate them.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "HR-technology in management" aims to form competencies in personnel management, mainly to provide students with precise tools for implementing personnel management technologies in the organization. The course is based on current trends in staff development and considers new HR technologies in the context of VUCA-environment, change management, and digitalization. The discipline aims to teach students to apply HR technologies in recruitment, adaptation, Development, Motivation, and evaluation of staff, and more. The field is designed for future specialists in management and human resources management in all areas of management.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): solving analytical tasks, oral interviews, tests. Final control (60%, control measures, exam): testing (15%), theoretical questions (15%), problem-solving and diagnostic tasks (30%).
