Мета вивчення дисципліни: The goal of studying the discipline is the formation of students' ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve the use of optimization models in logistics activities and the implementation of innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: General competences: Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level. Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups at different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity). Skills in using information and communication technologies. The ability to act on the basis of ethical considerations (motives). Ability to generate new ideas (creativity). Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. Special competences: Ability to choose and use management concepts, methods and tools, including in accordance with defined goals and international standards. Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's resources. Ability to create and organize effective communications in the management process. Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation. Ability to manage the organization and its development. The ability to critically understand the practice of the operation of logistics systems.
Learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes: Critically consider, choose and use the necessary scientific, methodical and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods of solving them. Have the skills to make, substantiate and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context. Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management problems. To be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in national and foreign languages. To be able to plan and carry out informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit). The ability to develop a design algorithm for logistics systems of various integration levels; predict and model the activity of logistics systems and individual subsystems. Conveying to specialists and non-specialists information, ideas, problems, solutions and own experience in the field of professional activity. Ability to effectively form a communication strategy. Management of complex actions or projects, responsibility for decision-making in unpredictable conditions. Responsibility for the professional development of individuals and/or groups of individuals, the ability to further study with a high level of autonomy.

Summary of the subject: It involves providing students with knowledge about the design methodology and criteria for optimizing logistics solutions, methods for justifying logistical solutions, software for justifying and optimizing logistics solutions, as well as the formation of practical skills for using optimization methods and models in logistics activities.
Опис: Methodology for logistics solutions design. Criteria for logistics solutions optimization and optimization and decision-making. Methods of logistics solutions reasoning. Optimal placement of logistics infrastructure objects. Using the theory of graphs and networks to solve logistical problems. Costing in the of logistics solutions resoning. Simulation of logistics systems. Expert methods of logistics solutions study. Optimization of resource allocation in the logistics system. Models of interbranch balances and their use and optimization of material flows. Tools for development and optimization of logistics solutions.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of monitoring the student's knowledge and skills when studying the discipline include: 1. Current control of the student's work: • solving analytical and calculation tasks; • evaluation of the performance of laboratory works; • oral examination during the defense of laboratory work. 2. Final control: Examination (written and oral component) Written component: • level 1 tasks – tests with one correct answer; • tasks of the 2nd level - tests with several correct answers; • level 3 tasks – solve problems. Oral component: • oral survey.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • Current control (30%): performance and protection of laboratory work, surveys in practical classes, performance of analytical and calculation tasks; • Final control (70%, exam): written component 55%, oral component 15%.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: A maximum of 1 point is assigned for the performance of analytical and calculation tasks, and a maximum of 1 point for one question is also assigned for surveys in practical classes. During the semester, the maximum grade for practical classes is 5 points. According to the option, 2 points are awarded for the completion of each laboratory work, 3 points are awarded for the defense of each performed laboratory work. During the semester, the maximum grade for laboratory classes is 25 points for full-time students. In particular, when assessing the completeness of answers in the defense of laboratory works: an answer that characterizes the student's deep understanding of the essence of the problem, involves the processing of additional information and certifies a high level of assimilation of theoretical material is evaluated at 100%; 65% is assessed for an answer that characterizes a sufficient level of assimilation of the theoretical material by the student, involves the submission of standard proposals or solutions; 30% is assessed for an answer that characterizes a sufficient level of the student's assimilation of the theoretical material, but the answer is incomplete in content or has inaccuracies in wording or involves the submission of proposals or solutions that are not sufficiently substantiated. The procedure and criteria for issuing evaluations 88-100 points – certified with an excellent grade; 71-87 points – certified with a grade of good; 50-70 points – certified with a satisfactory grade; 26-49 points – not certified; 0-26 points – not certified with an unsatisfactory grade.

Summary of the subject: It involves providing students with knowledge about the design methodology and criteria for optimizing logistics solutions, methods for justifying logistical solutions, software for justifying and optimizing logistics solutions, as well as the formation of practical skills for using optimization methods and models in logistics activities.
Опис: Introduction. Characteristics of the logistics activity of the enterprise. Analysis of logistics processes at the enterprise. Designing the organizational structure of the enterprise. Coordination of activities of the logistics structure with other units. Optimization of logistics solutions of the enterprise. Supply chain solutions. Solutions in the field of production. Solutions in the field of transportation. Solutions in the field of warehousing. Determination of aggregate logistics costs and development of a plan of measures in the event of an increase in sales volumes. Conclusions. references
Assessment methods and criteria: The quality of the course project is evaluated according to the following criteria: • compliance of the content of the course project with the task and the requirements of the educational and methodological recommendations for its implementation; • independent implementation of the course project; • the presence of elements of a scientific and research nature; • use of computer technologies; • preparation of the course project in accordance with the requirements.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (100%): completion of the course project (60%) and defense of the course project (40%).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: The grade "excellent" (88-100 points) is given for a course project in which all sections are thoroughly explained in accordance with methodical recommendations, the necessary calculations are correctly performed. When defending it, the author demonstrates thorough knowledge of the problem of research on the example of a specific object, fluency in the norms of the literary language, and a high level of assimilation of theoretical material. The grade "good" (71-87 points) is given when minor scientific, stylistic or spelling errors are made in the course project, conclusions and generalizations are insufficiently substantiated, an incomplete list of used literature is provided, individual sources are used incorrectly. During the defense, the author demonstrates knowledge of the research problem on the example of a specific object, mastery of the norms of the literary language, and the appropriate level of assimilation of theoretical material. The rating "satisfactory" (50-70 points) is assigned when the student used a small number of sources of information when completing the course project, there are inaccuracies in calculations, insufficient argumentation of conclusions and recommendations, there are violations of the presentation system in the work, there is no compositional clarity. During the defense, the author reveals mediocre knowledge of the research problem on the example of a specific object, a mediocre level of assimilation of theoretical material. The grade "unsatisfactory" (26-49 points) is given when the actual material is superficially analyzed in the course project, there are incorrect calculations in the work, there is a violation of the presentation system, there is no compositional clarity. The student does not possess analytical and synthetic abilities and skills. The grade "unsatisfactory" (0-25 points) is assigned when the course project does not meet the methodological guidelines in terms of content.
