Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the educational discipline "Socionics" is to form a system of theoretical knowledge, as well as to acquire practical skills in the use of socionics tools in management. This goal is achieved by mastering the system of logical, methodological socionics techniques and acquiring skills in their application in accordance with the tasks facing the management system of the organization.
Завдання: General competences: 1. Ability to communicate with other professional groups representatives of different levels (with experts from other knowledge/types fields of economic activity); 2. Ability to motivate people and move towards a common goal; 3. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. Professional competences: 1. Ability to establish values, vision, mission, goals and criteria by which the organization determines further directions of development, to develop and implement relevant strategies and plans; effective self-management; 2. Ability to create and organize effective communications in the management process; SK6. The ability to form leadership qualities and demonstrate them in the process of managing people; 3. Ability to use psychological technologies for working with personnel. 4. The ability to apply the acquired knowledge and understanding of business resource provision, which are the basis of a sufficient and necessary amount of tangible and intangible assets, intellectual capital, financial and informational resources. 5. The ability to use modern software and information and communication support in the field of management of organizations of various types of activity.
Learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes: 1. Apply specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management problems; 2. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional tasks; 3. The ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics for effective management of business entities in the conditions of a market economy; 4. Develop strategic, tactical and operational plans for current activities, resource provision plans of all kinds, business plans and monitor their implementation; 5. Operate in an e-commerce environment and shape e-commerce supply chains. Teaching and learning methods: - lecture and laboratory classes: information-receptive method; reproductive method; heuristic method; problem statement method. - independent work: reproductive method. Methods of evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes: - during current control: selective oral quiz; interpretation of the results of the performed laboratory work, tests, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, etc.; - exam - written quiz, test control.

Summary of the subject: Introduction to socionics, theoretical origins of personality typology. Socionic methodology. Social technologies in personnel management. Basics of psychodiagnostics. Assessment methods and criteria: - written reports on laboratory work (20 points). - knowledge testing (10 points). - examination control (40 points - written component, 30 points - oral component).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control - protection of laboratory work (assessment of the quality of work performance, its design and answers to questions on the topic of the e-version of the laboratory work uploaded to the National Security Service); knowledge testing (evaluation of the results of knowledge testing in the National Security Service), evaluation of the activity of submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, etc. (evaluation of the results of work in the classroom and independent work). Final control - examination control (written component - testing, problems; oral component - explanation of logic and interpretation of the results of problem solving).
