Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the "Financial Literacy" discipline is for students to acquire the ability to solve specialized tasks of an innovative nature by mastering knowledge of the application of financial planning concepts and forecasting the cost of achieving financial goals, understanding the methods of making payments using cash, non-cash funds, electronic money; familiarization with payment systems, familiarization with the concept of investment, methods and main investment tools, awareness of the essence and types of risks (including financial risks), ways of managing them, including in the project management system. Learning outcomes are the ability and skills to make effective financial decisions in managing personal finances.

Summary of the subject: Studying the discipline "Financial literacy" involves mastering knowledge about the functioning of the financial sector in the economic system, the basics of investing, including individual, as well as acquiring practical skills of financial life planning, the use of financial technologies and combating financial fraud.

Assessment methods and criteria: Selective oral survey at lectures and practical classes, oral or written-oral current control, written control work, performance of an individual task, computer testing. During remote work (including during quarantine), an interview with students is expected during video conferences during lectures and practical classes. Remote classes are held on the MS Teams and ZOOM platforms.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Assessment of knowledge of students in the discipline "Financial Literacy" is based on assessment of activity during classes and oral survey, testing, as well as performance and defense of control work. Activity during classes, oral examination and testing (or performance of an individual task) of the students of education is estimated at 90 points. Completion and defense of the control work by the students of education is estimated at 10 points. Evaluation criteria for the oral survey and testing: - a grade of 80-90 points is awarded to a student who correctly and completely completed all test tasks, gave correct and comprehensive answers to all oral questions of the teacher based on the course materials, and also actively participated in the discussion of the materials during the course and provided his own proposals for the study of individual aspects of financial literacy. It is allowed for the student to clarify with the teacher certain elements of the performance of practical tasks, which in general do not call into question the high level of knowledge of the student - a grade of 60-80 points is awarded to a student who made minor mistakes in test tasks, did not give correct and comprehensive answers to all the teacher's oral questions based on the course materials, and also less actively participated in the discussion of the materials during the course and provided his own research proposals certain aspects of financial literacy. It is allowed for the student to clarify with the teacher certain elements of the performance of practical tasks, which in general do not call into question the high level of knowledge of the student - a score of 1-60 points is given to a student who made significant mistakes in test tasks, gave incorrect answers to most of the teacher's oral questions based on the course materials, and also did not actively participate in the discussion of the materials during the course and did not provide his own proposals for the study of individual aspects financial literacy. Non-fulfillment of certain elements of practical tasks by the student of education is allowed, which in general calls into question the satisfactory level of knowledge of the student of education - a student who made critical mistakes in the test tasks, gave incorrect answers to the teacher's oral questions based on the course materials, and did not actively participate in the discussion of the materials during the course and did not provide his own proposals for the study of certain aspects of financial literacy receives a score of 0 points. Non-fulfillment of certain elements of practical tasks by the student of education is allowed, which in general calls into question the satisfactory level of knowledge of the student of education Criteria for evaluating the results of execution and protection of control work: - a score of 8-10 points is awarded to a student who correctly and completely completed all the tasks for the test, prepared a written note from the test in accordance with the requirements, gave correct and comprehensive answers to all additional questions of the teacher regarding the progress of the test as within the tasks , set in this test and within all topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy". Minor errors are allowed in the student's answers to the teacher's questions or in the preparation of a written note from the test, which in general do not call into question the high level of knowledge of the student of all topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy" - a grade of 6-8 points is awarded to a student who has fully completed all the tasks for the test, prepared a written note from the test in accordance with the requirements, but made minor mistakes during the test or in the answers to additional questions of the teacher regarding the test as within the limits of the tasks set in this control work and within all the topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy". Errors are allowed in the student's answers to the teacher's questions or in the preparation of a written note from the test, which may lead to an erroneous final result of the completion of individual tasks of the test or call into question the appropriate level of knowledge of the student of all topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy" - a grade of 1-60 points is awarded to a student who has fully completed all the tasks for the test, prepared a written note from the test in accordance with the requirements, but made significant mistakes during the test or in the answers to the teacher's additional questions regarding the test as within the limits of the tasks set in this control work and within all the topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy". Significant errors are allowed in the student's answers to the teacher's questions or in the preparation of a written note from the test, which lead to an erroneous final result of the performance of certain tasks of the test and call into question the appropriate level of knowledge of the student of all topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy" - an assessment of 0 points is given to a student who did not complete all the tasks for the test or did not prepare a written note from the test, made significant mistakes during the test or in the answers to additional questions of the teacher regarding the performance of the test as within the tasks set in this control work as well as within all topics of the discipline "Financial Literacy", which lead to an erroneous final result of the performance of the control work and call into question the student's knowledge of the material of the discipline "Financial Literacy" in the scope provided for by the requirements of the work program
