Learning outcomes: • ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of fundamental basis and modern trends of strategic, project, finance management development; • ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues of society; • ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of scientific research methodology and tools; • ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to organizational management and administration (by economic activity), principles, laws, technologies, methods of organization management, decision-making, leadership and management styles, conflict resolution features in the process of solving problems in professional activity; • to rationally organize one’s own work and the work of staff, to distribute responsibilities, to use effective systems of motivation and remuneration, to maintain organizational culture, to ensure implementation of management decisions; • ability to use modern information and communication technologies for effective communication on professional and social scale. • ability to be adaptive to the new unpredictable situations and to make the appropriate decisions.

Summary of the subject: Theoretical aspects of the problem under study in terms of the master's qualifying paper theme. Analysis of results of the operational and business activity and assessment of the financial condition of the back-up organization(of enterprise) over the last three years. The study of the actual state of the problem under study under the materials of the back-up organization (of enterprise) and its business environment. Guidelines forthe development of the organization (enterprise)management system in accordance with the chosen research problems.

Мета вивчення дисципліни: Pre-diploma practice aims to prepare the student for the completion of the master's qualification work, to form the necessary information support in accordance with the chosen object of research, to approve the developed proposals and recommendations. The pre-diploma practice is the final stage of the student's preparation for the completion of the diploma thesis (master's thesis) and the subsequent independent activity in the specialty.
Завдання: In accordance with the requirements of the educational and professional program in the specialty 073 "Management" and the qualification characteristics of a specialist, as a result of the internship, students must acquire the following competencies: • General competences: - ZK1. Ability to conduct research at the appropriate level; - ZK6. Ability to generate new ideas (creativity); - ZK7. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. • Professional competences: - SK5. Ability to create and organize effective communications in the management process; - SK8. Ability to use psychological technologies for working with personnel; - SK9. Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation.
Learning outcomes: As a result of the internship, students must acquire new knowledge and skills, which are provided for by the professional and practical component of the educational and professional program of the "Management" specialty. • Program learning outcomes: - PRN2. Identify problems in the organization and justify the methods of solving them; - PRN7. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context; - PRN8. Development and adoption of specific sound management decisions (building measures) to identify and solve problems in the field of industrial and economic activity and foreign research object. Research and innovation activities in the organization. Conclusions and suggestions.
