Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of writing the course project is to combine knowledge of the theory and practice of development and implementation of socially responsible projects and programs and the acquisition of appropriate professional competencies by the students, which ensure the sustainable development of market participants.
Завдання: ZK02. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ZK06. Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level ZK08. Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. ZK12 Ability to work autonomously. SK03. Ability to diagnose the state of financial systems (state finances, including budget and tax systems, finances of economic entities, household finances, financial markets, banking system and insurance). SK10. Ability to determine, justify and take responsibility for professional decisions. SK14. The ability to analyze the forms and methods of planning state and local budgets, to evaluate the effectiveness of state financial policy, directions of implementation of the budget process and inter-budgetary relations.
Learning outcomes: PR04. Know the mechanism of functioning of state finances, including budget and tax systems, finances of business entities, household finances, financial markets, banking system and insurance. PR16. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and meaningfully interpret the obtained results. PR19. Demonstrate the skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge.
Required prior and related subjects: prerequisite: corporations and financial infrastructure, finance and social policy, insurance services co-requisites: finances of foreign corporations, state financial control, financial infrastructure
Summary of the subject: A general description of the market participant's activities, characteristics of the internal and external environment of its social responsibility, definition of the areas of use of modern social responsibility management models, characteristics of the components of the model of corporate social responsibility; analysis of the main performance indicators of corporate social responsibility programs and methods of assessing the effectiveness of social investments.
Опис: Section 1. Management of corporate social responsibility. Section 2. Formation of the program of corporate social responsibility. Section 3. Evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility.
Assessment methods and criteria: Oral defense of completed course project. Before the defense, the course project is sent to the teacher for checking or to his e-mail through the communication channel Remote classes are held on the MS Teams platform.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: A - grade "excellent" (88-100 points); • B – grade "good" (80-87 points); • C - grade "good" (71-79 points); • D - grade "satisfactory" (61-70 points); • E - grade "satisfactory" (50-60 points); • F – grade "unsatisfactory" (00-49).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: Defense of completed course project - 100.
