Завдання: The tasks of the pre-diploma practice on the subject of the bachelor's qualification work are:
• consolidation of theoretical knowledge at practice sites;
• practical mastering of methods of financial work in financial bodies, enterprises, banks, insurance organizations, etc.;
• collection, systematization of necessary materials for preparation of a practice report and writing of a bachelor's qualification thesis;
• systematization and consolidation of knowledge in such disciplines as: finance, insurance, banking system, budget system, etc.
General competences:
Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations.
Ability to plan and manage time.
Skills in using information and communication technologies.
Ability to learn and master modern knowledge
The ability to be critical and self-critical.
Ability to work in a team.
The ability to communicate with representatives of other professions of groups of different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity)
Special competences:
Ability to compile and analyze financial statements.
Ability to perform control functions in the field of finance, banking and insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to establish effective financial relations and long-term cooperation with consumers, financial intermediaries, investors, financial and credit institutions, insurance companies, using regulatory documents based on contract law.
Learning outcomes: Program results of internship
Apply specialized information systems, modern financial technologies and software products.
Form and analyze financial statements and correctly interpret the received information.
Identify sources and understand the methodology of determining and methods of obtaining economic data, collect and analyze the necessary financial information, calculate indicators characterizing the state of financial systems.
Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and meaningfully interpret the obtained results.

Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: banking system, budget system, corporate finance, tax system, financial reporting, financial market, assessment of corporate finance, basics of labor protection and safety.
Co-requisites: qualification exam, performance of bachelor's qualification work; defense of bachelor's qualification work.
Summary of the subject: Pre-diploma practice on the subject of the bachelor's qualification work is designed to ensure the formation of professional abilities in students in the conditions of work at the POU based on the use of theoretical knowledge in various situations, which are characteristic of the future profession of a financier.Enterprises, organizations and institutions (POUs) conduct practice in accordance with the task and program, namely: provide workplaces for practice, create the necessary conditions for acquiring practical skills in organizing financial work, managing financial resources; provide interns with the opportunity to use special literature and technical and economic documentation, help in collecting materials for the internship report, conduct safety and occupational health and safety training; supervise the interns' compliance with the rules of the internal procedure.
Опис: The structure of the report on practice on the topic of bachelor's thesis:

- Section 1. General characteristics of the POU and the legal basis of operation;
- Section 2. List and brief description of current regulations and other documents governing the financial and economic activities of POU;
- Section 3. Analysis of indicators of financial reporting of POU in dynamics (horizontal analysis);
- Section 4. Analysis of the share of indicators of financial reporting POU in the dynamics (vertical analysis);
- Section 5. Analysis of the relationship between individual indicators of the POU in the dynamics (coefficient analysis of financial condition);
- Section 6. Characteristics of the topic of bachelor's qualification work and justification of its relevance for the studied POU;

Assessment methods and criteria: Control over the course of practice at practice bases. Knowledge assessment methods: control over the implementation of the practice program and individual task (scientific research on the topic of BKR), defense of the report based on practice results (100 points).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Based on the results of the pre-diploma practice, the student is given a differentiated assessment by a specially created commission.
Credit based on the results of the internship and the defense of the internship report is carried out based on the total maximum score - 100 points, of which,
40 points corresponds to the manager's assessment of the practice base according to the following algorithm:
- grade "excellent" - 40 points;
- rating "good" - 30 points;
- rating "satisfactory" - 20 points.
60 points is the highest score that can be given by the commission of the educational institution, according to the following distribution:
30 points for the quality of the implementation of the practice report, namely,
- compliance with the structure of the report and the content of each section - 5-7 points;
- completeness and depth of the analysis of economic activity with references to the actual information given in the Appendices to the report - 6-8 points;
- justification of ways to solve the problem determined by the topic of the MKR - 5 - 10 points;
- compliance with the requirements for the preparation of the report, in particular, the presence of references - to the used sources of information - 3-5 points.
30 points for the protection level of the report, namely,
- the level of knowledge of the information given in the report - 5-10 points;
- justification of the correspondence of the information collected for the master's qualification work to the topic of the work - 5-10 points;
- the ability to characterize the presence (or absence) of a discrepancy between the theoretical concepts obtained in training and the practical implementation of financial work - 5-10 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: Credit based on the results of the internship and the defense of the internship report is carried out based on the total maximum score - 100 points, of which,
