Завдання: During the completion of the bachelor's qualification work, the following general competencies are formed in the students of higher education: ZK01. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. ZK02. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ZK03. Ability to plan and manage time. ZK06. Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level ZK08. Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. ZK09. The ability to be critical and self-critical. ZK12 Ability to work autonomously. During the performance of bachelor's qualification work, the following special (professional) competences are formed in the students of higher education: SK03. Ability to diagnose the state of financial systems (state finances, including budget and tax systems, finances of economic entities, household finances, financial markets, banking system and insurance). SK04. Ability to apply economic and mathematical methods and models to solve financial problems. SK05. Ability to apply knowledge of legislation in the field of monetary, fiscal and financial market regulation. SK07. Ability to compile and analyze financial statements. SK10. Ability to determine, justify and take responsibility for professional decisions. SK12. The ability to analyze the financial condition of corporations and determine effective directions for the development of financial and economic activity and the growth of financial potential. SK16. The ability to find out cause-and-effect relationships, analyze external and internal information for the formation of financial plans, development of elements of product, price, sales, credit, tax, investment policy of business entities, including financial institutions. SK17. The ability to analyze financial potential, use methods of assessing solvency and managing portfolios of services and investments of financial institutions, taking into account the state of the financial market and macroeconomic factors.
Learning outcomes: PR05. Possess a methodical toolkit for diagnosing the state of financial systems (state finances, including budget and tax systems, finances of economic entities, household finances, financial markets, banking system and insurance). PR06. Apply appropriate economic and mathematical methods and models for solving financial problems. PR09. Form and analyze financial statements and correctly interpret the received information. PR10. Identify sources and understand the methodology of determining and methods of obtaining economic data, collect and analyze the necessary financial information, calculate indicators characterizing the state of financial systems. PR16. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and meaningfully interpret the obtained results. PR19. Demonstrate the skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge. PR24. Investigate economic phenomena and processes in the financial sphere and evaluate their impact on the financial potential of corporations, choosing for this the optimal economic and mathematical methods and models and information systems and technologies. PR29. Analyze the conditions and rules for the sale of financial products and the provision of financial services, taking into account the procedures of electronic public procurement, conduct activities related to the conclusion of contracts, using the methods of banking and insurance marketing.
Required prior and related subjects: financial analysis, budget system, financial market, practice on the topic of the bachelor's qualification work.
Summary of the subject: Bachelor's qualifying thesis is a graduation thesis, which is performed at the final stage of studies at a higher educational institution after mastering a theoretical course under the bachelor's educational and professional training program.
Опис: Organizationally, the implementation of the BKR consists of the following stages: 1) preparatory, which begins with the student defining the topic, its approval by the head of the BKR and the head of the graduation department, receiving mandatory individual tasks from the supervisor, which are performed in sections 1 and 2 of the BKR; 2) the main one, which begins immediately after the approval of the BKR topic and ends one week before the end of the period allocated for writing the BKR. At this stage, the BKR must be fully completed, checked by consultants and the manager; 3) the final (the last week of the academic schedule allocated for writing the BKR), which consists of receiving feedback from the supervisor and signing the BKR, signing the BKR by the consultant(s), conducting (if necessary)5 preliminary defense at the department, visa of the head of the graduation department about admission to the defense and referral to review of the BKR, obtaining a review of the BKR
Assessment methods and criteria: Feedback from the supervisor and reviewer of the work.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The supervisor evaluates the work in the supervisor's feedback, pointing out the work's strengths, and noting the work's weaknesses, if any. The reviewer evaluates the work in the review. The final assessment of the qualification work is formed based on the results of the public defence before the members of the EC.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 94 points - grade "excellent" is awarded for a high level of knowledge of the educational material, the ability to analyze the phenomena under study in their relationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions during development solving practical problems 80 points - the grade "good" is given for knowledge of the educational material, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions asked (a small number of inaccuracies are possible), the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems, minor shortcomings in the design of work 66 points - the grade "satisfactory" is awarded for weak knowledge of the educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems, shortcomings in the design of work
