Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the discipline "Financial Infrastructure" is to train highly qualified bachelors of economic profile who have sufficient theoretical knowledge about the essence of financial infrastructure, its place and role in the financial system of a market economy, its components, the relationship of financial infrastructure with other sectors of the financial system of the state
Завдання: Ability to diagnose the state of financial systems (state finances, including budget and tax systems, finances of economic entities, household finances, financial markets, banking system and insurance). Ability to determine, justify and take responsibility for professional decisions. Ability to establish effective financial relations and long-term cooperation with consumers, financial intermediaries, investors, financial and credit institutions, insurance companies, using regulatory documents based on contract law. The ability to analyze financial potential, use methods of assessing solvency and managing portfolios of services and investments of financial institutions, taking into account the state of the financial market and macroeconomic factors.
Learning outcomes: Know and understand the theoretical foundations and principles of financial science, the peculiarities of the functioning of financial systems. Determine the peculiarities of the functioning of modern world and national financial systems and their structure. Know the mechanism of functioning of state finances, including budget and tax systems, finances of business entities, household finances, financial markets, banking system and insurance. Understand the principles, methods and tools of state and market regulation of activities in the field of finance, banking and insurance. Be able to think abstractly, apply analysis and synthesis to identify the key characteristics of financial systems, as well as the peculiarities of the behavior of their subjects. Design and develop financial relationships with counterparties using the financial infrastructure. Analyze the conditions and rules for the sale of financial products and the provision of financial services, conduct activities related to the conclusion of contracts, using the methods of banking and insurance marketing.

Summary of the subject: Purpose: students of higher education acquire knowledge about the essence of the financial infrastructure, its place and role in the financial system of the market economy, its components, the relationship between the financial infrastructure and other sectors of the financial system of the state. Tasks of the discipline: study of the essence, purpose and role of the financial infrastructure, its components; instrumental fullness of the financial infrastructure; taxation in foreign countries; tax policy; relations arising between taxpayers and the state in the taxation process. Subject: relations that arise in the process of carrying out basic financial operations with the participation of the state, financial institutions and other subjects of the economy.
Опис: The essence, purpose and role of financial infrastructure. Components of financial infrastructure. Regulation of financial infrastructure. Organization of the financial infrastructure of the credit market. The place of the foreign exchange market and foreign exchange transactions in the financial infrastructure. The essence and structure of the stock market and its place in the financial infrastructure of the state. Subjects of information support of functioning of financial infrastructure.
Assessment methods and criteria: Forms and means of border and final control: - testing of knowledge on the topics of the lecture course; - oral survey; - presentations at practical classes (abstracts, reports, discussions); - performance and protection of laboratory work; - solving situational tasks and tasks; - writing current control papers; - performance of control or individual work.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: During the course of study, the student must demonstrate active educational activity during the semester and, based on the results of current control, gain up to: -40 points (10 points for oral examination and 30 points for performance and defense of laboratory work) for full-time students -30 points (10 points for oral examination and 20 points for performance and defense of laboratory work) for correspondence students Mandatory types of current control work include: -performance and defense of laboratory work with the following distribution of points: -for full-time students laboratory work 1 - 6 points laboratory work 2 - 6 points laboratory work 3 - 14 points laboratory work 4 - 4 points -for correspondence students laboratory work 1 - 14 points laboratory work 2 - 6 points When evaluating each laboratory work, the teacher takes into account the correctness of the calculations and the student's answers to the questions. -performance of an individual task and its defense (presentation) - 5 points; -student activity in discussing lecture material, solving problems and completing tasks - 5 points. The completed control work is evaluated in the maximum number of points, if it is completed taking into account all methodical recommendations, is designed and protected within the deadlines provided by the teacher. Testing takes place at the National Academy of Sciences ( The time of the meeting is determined by the teacher. The maximum number of points is 30 points.
