Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to study the activities of economic entities on foreign markets and their foreign economic operations when concluding contracts on foreign markets.

Ability to professional communication in the field of economics in a foreign language. FC7. The ability to substantiate management decisions regarding the effective development of business entities.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: 1. In-depth knowledge of theoretical aspects of foreign economic operations and contracts. 2. In-depth knowledge of the methods of conducting commercial operations on foreign markets. 3. In-depth knowledge of the technique of conducting commercial negotiations (using various schools of negotiation tactics). 4. In-depth knowledge of the procedure for preparation, conclusion and execution of foreign economic agreements. 5. In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework that regulates the implementation of foreign economic operations and contracts. 6. The ability to reasonably choose and carry out foreign economic transactions. 7. Ability to conduct commercial negotiations on the conclusion of foreign economic contracts and cooperation agreements. 8. The ability to manage the processes of support for making managerial decisions in international business. 9. Ability to prepare and conclude foreign trade contracts taking into account the subject and object of the agreement. As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes: PRN1. Formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems. PRN2. Develop, substantiate and make effective decisions on the development of socio-economic systems and management of subjects of economic activity. PRN3. Communicate freely on professional and scientific issues in national and foreign languages orally and in writing. PRN8. Collect, process and analyze statistical data, scientific and analytical materials necessary for solving complex economic tasks. PRN11. Determine and critically evaluate the state and trends of socio-economic development, form and analyze models of economic systems and processes.

Assessment methods and criteria: • - Current control (40%): oral questioning, laboratory works, performance of calculation and graphic work; • - Final control (60%): written component (40%) and oral component (20%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Semester control is conducted in the form of an exam, which involves written (solution of the exam ticket in the form of test tasks, theoretical questions and tasks) and oral (answers to oral questions) components. Current control is carried out in the form, performance and oral express survey on the protection of laboratory work.
