Learning outcomes: Following the completion of the module the student should: Use the fundamental laws of financial development in combination with research and management tools for professional and scientific activities in the field of financial management Apply in-depth knowledge in the field of financial management to make decisions on the formation, distribution and use of financial resources and optimize cash flow. Solve complex unforeseen tasks and problems in the field of financial resources management, which involves the collection and interpretation of information (data), the choice of methods and tools, the use of innovative approaches.

Summary of the subject: Theoretical and organizational foundations of financial management. Financial management system. Cash flow management of the enterprise. Determining the value of money over time and their use in financial calculations. Enterprise profit management. Asset management. Cost and optimization of capital structure. Investment management. Analysis of financial statements. In-house forecasting and planning at the enterprise. Financial risk management. Anti-crisis financial management of the enterprise.
