Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - modern trends in personnel management; - peculiarities of integration of information technologies into the organizational hr-management system; - a list of modern software for hr-manager; - basic approaches to talent and team management; - features of the management of efficiency and productivity of employees Students are expected to acquire following skills: - build HR system that really improves productivity and helps teams work better together; - build a new, ongoing process for goal setting, coaching, evaluation, and feedback; - work with modern software hr-support; - analyze employee Big Data; - build a map of employee experience in the organization.

Summary of the subject: Talent Management. Team management. Features of digitalization of hr-processes: the transition from automation to productivity. Managing Productivity and Employee Engagement. Continuous performance management. Employee Experience Card. Features of employee data analysis. Talent brand of the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: In class learning (80%): practical tasks, case studies, situational tasks, oral questioning, and presentations of student works. Final exam (20%, exam): test tasks.
