Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - subject and tasks of the discipline "Valuable strategies of personnel management"; - content, concept and structure of values; - correlation of concepts of "value" and "value orientation"; - value orientations as a structural component of the orientation and professional behaviour of the individual; - value orientations and life goals and plans; - approaches to the classification of value orientations, criteria and types of value orientations; - the basic theoretical principles and principles of development of valuable strategies of personnel management; - approaches to the formation of value management strategies of personnel, their essence, stages of development and features; - methods of forecasting, planning of organization and interaction of elements of the system in the process of formation of valuable strategies of personnel management; - classification and content filling of various types of value management strategies of personnel; - a tool for monitoring and diagnosing the processes of development of value management strategies for personnel; - technologies of application of information and communication technologies at implementation of valuable strategies of personnel management. Students are expected to acquire following skills: - to define the mission and objectives of the value management strategies of the personnel; - to design the stage of value strategies of personnel management within the framework of development of the general strategy of enterprises and organizations; - to analyze the internal environment of business entities regarding the potential for the formation of value management strategies for personnel; - to formulate representations among the staff about the values of justice and truth through argumentation and systematic reflection; - to formulate and apply cultural and spiritual value strategies of personnel management; - to form patriotic-volitional value strategies of personnel management; - to formulate the value basis of economic interest in utility, practicality, acquisition of property and fair distribution of income and profits; - to form organizational values on the principles of harmony of form and content; - to stimulate social interest in people and love as relations between people; - to form team and partner value strategies for personnel management; - to form valuable professionalism and responsibility strategies in personnel management; - to formulate value strategies for openness, respect and trust in personnel management; - to formulate value strategies for initiative, decency, ambition and experience in personnel management.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Valuable personnel management strategies" is aimed at forming competences in the field of development of tools for personnel management of enterprises and organizations on the basis of values. . The discipline determines the directions of mutual influence of national values, values of the person and organization in corporate strategy of business entities. The discipline presents the formation of valuable personnel management strategies that are close to the employees, form their team, creativity and patriotic spirit, open the possibilities of effective cooperation in accordance with the company's policy, which leads to improving the quality of work, working life and increasing the competitiveness of the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): solving analytical tasks, oral questioning, tests. Final control (60%, control measures, exam): testing (15%), theoretical questions (15%), problem-searching and diagnostic tasks (30%).
