Мета вивчення дисципліни: Providing students with knowledge and practical skills regarding the theoretical foundations of ensuring the development of business structures, methodological approaches to research and management of the development of business structures in modern conditions and taking into account dynamic changes in the external environment.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: integral competence: INT The ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve conducting research and/or implementing innovations under uncertain conditions and requirements general: ZK1. Ability to conduct research at the appropriate level; ZK2. Ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups of different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/types of economic activity); ZK3. Skills in using information and communication technologies; ZK7. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. Be able to manage the sustainable development of the enterprise. SK1. Ability to choose and use management concepts, methods and tools, including in accordance with defined goals and international standards; SK2. Ability to establish values, vision, mission, goals and criteria by which the organization determines further directions of development, develop and implement appropriate strategies and plans; SK3. Ability to self-development, lifelong learning and effective self-management; SK4. Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's resources; SK5. Ability to manage the organization and its development. SK9. Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation. FSK2. In-depth knowledge of domestic and international regulatory and legal support for the activities of business structures of various types and profiles; FSK8. The ability to apply knowledge and understanding to solve qualitative and quantitative problems in assessing business performance; FSK9. The ability to integrate and apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice to solve managerial tasks in the field of business administration. FSK11. The ability to develop systems for managing the activities of business structures. FSK12. The ability to manage expenses in the activities of business structures on the basis of finding directions and reserves for their optimization.
Learning outcomes: Specialized conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of study and/or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which is the basis for original thinking and innovative activity, in particular in the context of research work; UM2. Identify problems in the organization and justify the methods of solving them; UM10. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional tasks; UM13. Be able to plan and carry out informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit). KOM1. Clear and unambiguous presentation of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that justify them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to people who are studying.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: project management, strategic management, economics and management and legal support of business activities; Co-requisites: administration of international business structures, corporate analytics.
Summary of the subject: Theoretical aspects of business structure development and management are studied; features of diagnostics of business structures with the use of modern diagnostic methods; to study the state and development of the potential of business structures, the value of business and staff development as an important component of business development. During the course students have the opportunity to master the methods of making optimal management decisions on the development of business structures in conditions of uncertainty and conflict, to determine areas for sustainable development of business structures based on the identified reserves.
Опис: Development of business structures: content, modern concepts and prerequisites. Concepts and modern concepts of managing the development of business structures. Forms and types of development of business structures, conditions of their application. Diagnostics of the development of business structures. Business development potential. Business valuation. Development of personnel of business structures. Management of sustainable development of business structures. Methodical approaches to determining reserves for the development of business structures.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (30%): - 30% - laboratory work, problem solving, oral examination. Final control (70%), of which: - 50% - written assignments; - 20% - oral answer.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: For the performance and defense of laboratory works (5 works of 6 points each) – 30 points; • for performance of the control measure (examination task) – 70 points (50 – written component, 20 – oral component). • The final semester grade on a 100-point scale is converted into a state grade according to the system adopted at the University: • 88-100 points – "excellent"; • 71-87 points – "good"; • 50-70 points – "satisfactory"; • 0-49 points – "not satisfactory". • The grade "excellent" (88-100 points) is awarded for complete, systematized knowledge. The student must correctly answer the assigned tasks and solve the practical tasks, minor mechanical errors are allowed that do not significantly distort the overall result of the practical tasks. • The grade "good" (71-87 points) assumes that, in general, having mastered the material, the student answers most of the tasks correctly and makes minor inaccuracies and individual errors when solving practical problems. • A grade of "satisfactory" (50-70 points) is given to a student who has significant deficiencies in solving assigned tasks and has gaps in practical knowledge, but tried to solve tasks where he could have made mistakes. • The grade "unsatisfactory" (less than 50 points) is assigned to a student who does not understand the essence of the questions, does not know the basic concepts of the subject and did not answer them correctly.
