Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is the formation of creative thinking, mastering the tools of a creative approach to solving innovative tasks, acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of developing a creative environment and creating a creative organization.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: integral: the ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of management or in the learning process, which involve conducting research and/or carrying out innovations under uncertainty of conditions and requirements. general: GC1 - the ability to conduct research at the appropriate level; GC3 - skills in using information and communication technologies; GC7 - ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis professional: PC1 - Ability to choose and use management concepts, methods and tools, including in accordance with defined goals and international standards; PC4 - Ability to effectively use and develop the organization's resources; PC9 - Ability to analyze and structure organizational problems, make effective management decisions and ensure their implementation; professional competences of a professional direction: PCPD1 - In-depth knowledge of the classical and modern theoretical-methodological and methodological-applied basis of managing the activities of domestic and international business structures; PCPD4 - Ability to effectively apply in-depth knowledge of financial and economic statistics for the administration of business structures; PCPD7 - The ability to demonstrate an understanding of the objective laws, conditions, processes and features of the creation of enterprises, the organization of basic business processes; PCPD8 - The ability to apply knowledge and understanding to solve qualitative and quantitative tasks for evaluating business performance; PCPD9 - The ability to integrate and apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice to solve managerial tasks in the field of business administration. PCPD12 - The ability to manage expenses in the activities of business structures on the basis of finding directions and reserves for their optimization.
Learning outcomes: - understanding of the essence of creative activity and its role in realizing the company's goals; - mastery of methods of activation of creativity, as well as methods of analyzing the aptitudes of the company's employees for creativity; - the ability to apply creative management algorithms, models for evaluating the level of creative potential and creative development of organizations.

Summary of the subject: Creative management as a science, academic discipline, type of activity. The concept of creativity and creativity. Thinking: essence, functions, forms, types. The process of thinking. The concept of personality. Theories of personality. Self-realization of personality. Heuristics as a science. Heuristic methods. The system of creative management: the essence and components. Types and functions of systems of creative management. Development of creative management system. Principles of forming a system of creative management. The creative potential of the enterprise. Characteristics and forms of expression of creative activity. Concept of subjects of creative activity. Requirements of subjects of creative activity. Techniques of lateral thinking.
Опис: The essence of creative management. The nature and process of human thinking. Concepts and theories of personality. Heuristics as a science. The system of creative management of the enterprise. Creative potential of the enterprise. Subjects of creative activity.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control - 30%: solving situational exercises, testing, oral questioning. - final control (70%) - assignment of an individual task and oral answer.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control: • performance of an individual task - 50 points; • performance of control tests on the topics of the course at the National Academy of Sciences - 40 points; • oral survey – 10 points. The final semester grade on a 100-point scale is converted into a state grade in accordance with the system adopted at the University: • 88-100 points – "excellent"; • 71-87 points – "good"; • 50-70 points – "satisfactory"; • 0-49 points – "not satisfactory".
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: The grade "excellent" (88-100 points) is awarded for complete, systematized knowledge. The student must correctly answer the assigned tasks and solve the practical tasks, minor mechanical errors are allowed that do not significantly distort the overall result of the practical tasks. The grade "good" (71-87 points) assumes that, in general, having mastered the material, the student answers most of the tasks correctly and makes minor inaccuracies and individual errors when solving practical problems. The grade "satisfactory" (50-70 points) is assigned to a student who has significant deficiencies in solving the tasks and has gaps in practical knowledge, but tried to solve problems where he could have made mistakes. The grade "unsatisfactory" (less than 50 points) is assigned to a student who does not understand the essence of the questions, does not know the basic concepts of the subject and did not answer them correctly.
