Learning outcomes: Plan and conduct their own research in the field of marketing, analyze its results and justify the adoption of effective marketing decisions in conditions of uncertainty. Be able to develop a strategy and tactics of marketing activities, taking into account the cross-functional nature of its implementation. Be able to increase the effectiveness of a marketing activities of market entity at different levels of management, develop projects in the field of marketing and manage them. Substantiate marketing decisions at the level of a market entity using modern management principles, approaches, methods, techniques Collect the necessary data from various sources, process and analyze their results using modern methods, and specialized software. Be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of methodological tools for evaluating marketing decisions, their impact on the financial performance of logistics activities of the enterprise and its market position. Clear and unambiguous communication of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students. Making decisions in difficult and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting. Responsibility for developing professional knowledge and practices, assessing strategic development of the team.

Summary of the subject: Financial management system. Estimating the value of money over time in the financial management system. Asset management. Profit management. Cost and optimization of capital structure. Investment management. Financial Risk management. Analysis of financial statements. Financial forecasting and planning of the company. Crisis financial management in the enterprise.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (100): performance and protection of laboratory works (40%); execution and protection of practical work (20%); performance and protection of control work (20%); control testing (20%).
