Learning outcomes: GLO 2. To think creatively, show flexibility in decision-making based on logical arguments and verified facts in a limited time and resources based on the use of various diagnostic methodologies of leading international organizations
GLO 3. To systematize, synthesize and organize obtained information, identify problems, formulate conclusions and develop recommendations using effective approaches and technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems taking into account the cross-cultural characteristics of international economic relations.
GLO 6. Analyze legal documents, evaluate analytical reports, competently use regulatory documents and reference materials, conduct applied analytical developments, professionally prepare analytical materials.
GLO 10. Understand the patterns and trends of the world economy and the phenomenon of the new economy, taking into account the processes of intellectualization, informatization and scientific and technological exchange.
Kn 1. Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovation, in particular in the context of research.

Summary of the subject: Customs system of Ukraine; organization of customs control; characteristics of the system of customs regimes; customs payments as an instrument of customs regulation of international economic activity; customs and invoice value of goods: essence and methods of determination; commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity; foreign economic contracts in international activities; specifics of customs clearance of certain types of international economic activity; customs clearance and declaration of goods and vehicles; customs control and customs clearance of vehicles moving goods across the border in transit; illegal movement of objects across the customs border; integration of Ukraine's customs system into the world as a tool for the development of international economic activity.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (30%): performance of laboratory works, oral examination; performance of control works (for part-time students;);
- final control (70%): written questioning(50%), oral questioning (20%).
