Learning outcomes: GLO 1. To have the necessary knowledge and skills for business communication in the field of international economic relations, as well as communicate effectively at the professional and social levels, including oral and written communication in a foreign language / languages. GLO 2. To think creatively, show flexibility in decision-making based on logical arguments and verified facts in a limited time and resources based on the use of various diagnostic methodologies of leading international organizations GLO 3. To systematize, synthesize and organize obtained information, identify problems, formulate conclusions and develop recommendations using effective approaches and technologies, specialized software to solve complex problems taking into account the cross-cultural characteristics of international economic relations. GLO 4. Make informed decisions on the problems of international economic relations under uncertain conditions and requirements. GLO 5. Assess the complexity of tasks in planning activities and processing its results. GLO 9. Monitor, analyze, evaluate the activities of global firms (corporations, strategic alliances, consortia, unions, trusts, etc.) in order to identify their competitive positions and advantages in world markets. GLO 11. Understand the essence of the social dimension of global economic development and implement the principles of social responsibility in the activities of international economic relations. GLO 12. To determine the geo-economics’ strategies of countries and their regional economic priorities, taking into account national economic interests and the security component of international economic relations in the context of global problems of mankind and the asymmetry of the distribution of world resources. Kn 1. Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovation, in particular in the context of research. Kn 2. Critical comprehension of problems in education and / or professional activity and on the border of subject branches. А 1. Solving complex problems and problems that require constant updating and integration of knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete / insufficient information and conflicting requirements. С 1. Clear and unambiguous communication of own conclusions, as well as knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students. С 2. Use of foreign languages in professional activities. АR 1. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting skills.

Summary of the subject: The essence, subject and principles of international financial management; legal and tax environment of international financial management; main aspects of valuing the company's assets; valuation of long-term securities; corporate risk and profitability planning; working capital management; cash and liquid securities management; management of receivables and inventories; essence, types and mechanism of calculation of simple and complex interest.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (30%): performance of laboratory work, oral examination; performance of control works (for part-time students;); - final control (70%): testing (50%), oral answer (20%).
