Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: General competences: ZK02. The ability to learn to perceive the acquired knowledge in the field of geodesy, photogrammetry, land management, cartography and geoinformatics and integrate it with the existing ones. ZK11. Have project development and management skills. ZK13. Ability to communicate effectively on professional and social levels. Professional competences: FK04. Knowledge of specialized software and GIS systems and basic programming skills to solve applied professional problems. FK07. Ability to apply and integrate knowledge and understanding of related engineering disciplines. FC10. The ability to apply professional knowledge and practical skills to solve typical tasks of the specialty, as well as to choose technical means for their implementation. FC15. Use of appropriate terminology and forms of expression in professional activities.

Summary of the subject: Legal and organizational principles of creation and development of national geospatial data infrastructure with the purpose of ensuring the functioning of the system of production, updating, processing, storage and use of geospatial data in various spheres of life of society and the state, expansion of the market of modern geoinformation products and geoinformation services, integration into fine information European geospatial data infrastructure. The legal basis for the national geospatial data infrastructure is the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine “On topographic and geodetic and cartographic activity”, “On land management”, “On planning and development of territories”, “On scientific and technical expertise”, “ On standardization ”,“ On standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures ”, “On space activity ”, other laws of Ukraine and normative acts regulating relations in the field of national geospatial data.
Опис: The discipline "Geospatial data infrastructure" studies the legal and organizational principles of the creation and development of the national infrastructure of geospatial data in order to ensure the functioning of the system of production, updating, processing, storage, supply and use of geospatial data in various spheres of life of society and the state, expansion of the market of modern geoinformation products and geoinformation services, integration into the global and European infrastructure of geospatial data. The legal basis of the national infrastructure of geospatial data is the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "On topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity", "On land management", "On planning and development of territories", "On scientific and scientific and technical expertise", " On standardization", "On standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures", "On space activity", other laws of Ukraine and normative legal acts regulating relations in the field of national infrastructure of geospatial data.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Written reports on laboratory work, verbal examination (30%). • Final control (test): written, verbal form (70%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: 1. Performance of laboratory work (max. 30 points). Laboratory works No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6 are evaluated with a maximum of 5 points. 2. Performance of the control work (max. 60 points). 3. Performance of an individual research task (max. 10 points).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
