Summary of the subject: The program of the course "Regulatory and legal support of professional activity" is intended for students of "Photogrammetry and remote sensing" and "Geoinformation systems and technologies" specializations. When drawing up the program, the requirements for the educational and professional program of the specialty "Geodesy and land management" provided by the relevant qualification characteristics, modern requirements for knowledge and application of regulatory legislation in the performance of professional activities were taken into account.
Опис: General issues and content of main national legislative and law documents of Ukraine in the field of topographic and geodetic activity. General issues and content of main international and foreign legislative and law documents in the field of topographic and geodetic activity. Kinds and conditions of implementation of topographic and geodetic, photogrammetric, cartographic and geoinformational works. Metrological provision of the works. Licensing and state control on topographic and geodetic activity. Branches, types, sourses of information, cartographical and photogrammetric materials and modes to their access. Organization and norming of topographic and geodetic, photogrammetric, cartographic and geoinformational works. Planning of production-economic activity of an enterprise.
Assessment methods and criteria: To assess the level of achievement of learning outcomes, a control method is used, which is based on the positive principle, which involves taking into account the level of the student's achievements. The object of evaluation is knowledge, abilities and skills, experience of creative activity. Controlling, educational, diagnostic-corrective, stimulating-motivational and educational functions are included in the main functions of assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes. The elements of control are the system of requirements and rules, types of control, the content of different types of control, criteria of the stobal evaluation system. Types of control are divided into written reports on practical works and their protection; oral individual, combined and frontal survey; participation in business games on the topic of practical classes, implementation and presentation of group projects, implementation and defense of control work; performance of intermediate test tasks.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Differentiated credit - implementation of tasks on practical exercises, development and presentation of group projects, implementation and defence of control work, oral examination (75%); - current control test, final written test (25%) The procedure and criteria for issuing points and evaluations are determined according to the "Standard for ensuring the quality of educational activities and higher education of SVO LP 03.09. Regulations on the organization and implementation of semester control of students' learning results"
