Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to acquaint students with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for professional activity about the basics of attribution and examination of historical and cultural monuments.
Завдання: The task of studying the discipline is the formation of a holistic idea of ??attribution and expertise as a separate branch of scientific knowledge in student youth, expansion of their general erudition and professional skills. The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general: - able to learn the system of historical and cultural knowledge, which motivates the humanistic orientation of the culture of the individual; - able to form value orientations based on personal understanding of the historical and cultural heritage of the past; - capable of critical analysis of phenomena, facts, alternatives of socio-cultural development and various sources of information; - able to produce new ideas; - able to apply skills in practice; – able to conduct research, able to identify, formulate and solve tasks; professional: - knows how to collect, analyze information, evaluate the value of cultural values, objects of cultural heritage; - knows how to research and interpret museum objects; - knows how to determine the state of preservation of museum objects; - is able to determine the peculiarities and regularities of the development of the cultural and historical process; - is able to provide a scientific assessment of museum objects; - knows how to use information and computer technologies in professional activities
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - know the theoretical foundations of the subject, distinguish and analyze types, genres and styles of art; - know the classification features and technology of making works of art, modern methodology for determining the value of historical and cultural monuments; - know the forms and methods of attribution and examination of monuments, modern approaches to the attribution of works of art; - be able to apply the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in professional activities; - be able to apply the methodology for determining the value of historical and cultural monuments; - be able to navigate in the technological processes of making works of art and carry out their attribution. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes of the student: - able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the history, theory and practice of museology, monument studies; - able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of historical and cultural processes in the national and European context; - is able to demonstrate knowledge of the current state and problems of the development of museology and monument studies; - is able to think critically, systematically and apply creative abilities to generate ideas; - is able to apply knowledge to collect and process information about the historical and social significance of a cultural value or object of cultural heritage; - knows how to search in various sources to solve specialty tasks.

Summary of the subject: Attribution and examination of historical and cultural monuments is a discipline aimed at professional training of professional knowledge of students of specialty 027 "Museum studies, monument studies". It involves the mastering of significant volumes of specialized material, while at the same time it contains well-known topics, the knowledge of which is necessary for understanding the intricacies of the attributional and expert case.
Опис: attribution as a scientific field and a complex of researches; forgeries in art; examination of art objects; modern methods of determining the value of cultural values; classification features and technology of production of paintings, iconography, sculpture, graphics; classification features and technology of making works of metal, wood, jewelry; classification features and technology of making art products from leather, fabric, porcelain, glass; attribution and examination of works of fine and decorative arts.
Assessment methods and criteria: - oral examination, individual work (40%); - final control: credit (60%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: a lecture is 5 points: it is a rightness, logic, validity, integrity of knowledge; it is quality of knowledge - their plenitude, depth, flexibility, system, durability; it is the correct use by a concept and terminological vehicle; it is a culture of speech (literacy, logic and sequence of exposition); it is a level of intelligentness of knowledge - by ability to formulate independent evaluation judgements and theoretical conclusions. criticizing, opposing is 3 points: it is a rightness, logic, validity, integrity of knowledge; it is ability to oppose and criticize; it is ability to argue own judgements and conclusions during a scientific discussion. addition is a 1 point: it is a scientifically reasonable statement, that exposes essence of the phenomena, processes, conformities to law. express-questioning is 0,5 points: it is a short right answer without an additional argumentation. a writing answer during audience independent work is 5 points: it is a rightness, logic, validity, integrity of knowledge; it is quality of knowledge - their plenitude, depth, flexibility, system, durability; - the formed of загально-навчальних and subject abilities and skills is ability to integrate and synthesize knowledge from the separate rich in content modules and themes it is opening of причинно-наслідкових connections between the phenomena, processes; - a level of intelligentness of knowledge is ability to formulate independent evaluation judgements and theoretical conclusions.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
