Мета вивчення дисципліни: Disclosure of all components and aspects of the creation of a startup in the modern realities of Ukraine. Comprehensively acquaint students of various specialties of the university with the following topics: how to start a business, methods of finding ideas and checking them for success, how to make a business unique, where to get money, how to attract investors, how to promote a brand to the market, how to attract the attention of society, how to form budget, what are management models and strategic management.
Завдання: It consists in mastering by future specialists thorough knowledge that reflects the content, structure and elements of creating a startup, awareness of the role and significance of all components of creating a startup from the birth of an idea to running a business; formation of their abilities and skills in the effective use of methods and means of team management, marketing, brand, finance, to ensure the successful functioning of a startup.
Learning outcomes: 1.1. Knowledge and understanding of the scientific and mathematical principles underlying the formation and analysis of the startup; 1.2. Knowledge of the bases of professional-oriented disciplines of the specialty in the field of public administration, state regulation of economy and insurance, budget policy, competition theory and entrepreneurship, the theoretical basis for the functioning of world and national markets, the basis of financial and budgetary policies; 1.3. Understanding of tools and strategies for market analysis, functioning of private enterprise and public organization; 1.4. Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team; 1.5. Ability to identify, classify and describe the work of startup control systems; 1.6. Ability to carry out quality management, innovation and investment activities, management in crisis conditions, in a competitive environment, management of the development of systems for the implementation of the tasks of the startup.
