Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation of the following competencies in the student:
General competences:
ЗК 1. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations.

Professional competences:
СK1. The ability to operate the basic categorical and conceptual apparatus of sociology.
СK2. Ability to master and use basic classical and modern sociological theories.
Learning outcomes: Use the conceptual apparatus of sociology in educational, research and other areas of professional activity.
Understand the history of sociology, its modern concepts and theories, the main problems.
Apply the provisions of sociological theories and concepts to the study of social change in Ukraine and the world.
Explain the patterns and features of development and functioning of social phenomena in the context of professional tasks.
Communicate fluently in state and foreign languages orally and in writing on professional matters.
Be able to use information and communication technologies in the process of searching, collecting and analyzing sociological information.
Substantiate their own position, make and argue independent conclusions based on research and analysis of professional literature.
Be able to develop a program of sociological research.
Have the skills to collect social information using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Present the results of their own research to professionals and non-specialists.
Conceptual scientific and practical knowledge.
Critical understanding of theories, principles, methods and concepts in the field of professional activity and / or training.
In-depth cognitive and practical skills, mastery and innovation at the level required to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of professional activity or training.

Summary of the subject: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student of education should be able to possess knowledge about the main theoretical approaches to the study of everyday life, formed within the framework of sociological science; to be able to apply the theoretical basis of the sociology of everyday life in practice in the study of various phenomena of everyday life.
Опис: Introduction to sociology of everyday life: content and place in the structure of sociological knowledge. The interdisciplinary nature of everyday life. General features of everyday life and its personification. Sociocultural context of structures of everyday life. Conceptualization of everyday life in modern sociology. Theory of social exchange. Dramaturgical theory of everyday life. Ethnomethodology. Frame analysis as a theoretical perspective and method of sociology. Spatio-temporal analysis of everyday life. Routine and household practices. Sociology of things and rethinking of the material. Technologies in everyday life. New everyday life in the age of globalization. Methods of sociological research of everyday life.
Assessment methods and criteria: • oral interviews, participation in discussions and interactive exercises, presentation of the study project (60%)
• final control test, written form (40%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Report - 4
– quality of knowledge – its completeness, depth, flexibility, systematicity, strength;
- correct use of conceptual and terminological apparatus;
- speech culture (literacy, logic and sequence of presentation);
- the level of meaningfulness of knowledge - the ability to formulate independent evaluation judgments and theoretical conclusions.

Performing interactive exercises or case analysis - 4
- the sequence of solving the situation proposed in the exercise or case study;
- approaches to solving the situation proposed in the exercise or case study;
- the quality of solving the situation proposed in the exercise or case study;
- disclosure of cause-and-effect relationships between phenomena and processes during the solution of the situation proposed in the exercise or case.
Research task: to investigate and present one of the proposed topics/subtopics from the position of a sociologist of everyday life according to the scheme: fact - context - personal attitude - 20
– the structure of the task (introduction, 3 points of the plan, list of used literature and sources, conclusions, volume of the substantive part - 5 pages);
- quality of sources of information and content of work;
- the level of independence and the depth of meaningfulness of the introduction, presentation of the material and conclusions;
– level of familiarity with actual material, terminology and concepts;
- the ability to analyze, compare, classify and summarize the material.
