Мета вивчення дисципліни: Mastering the basic patterns of economic and labor relations, management processes in the organization and society.
Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation of the following competencies in the student: - general competencies: ЗК 1. Basic knowledge of humanities and law, fundamental, social and behavioral sciences to the extent necessary for mastering professional and professionally-oriented disciplines, understanding cause-and-effect relationships in the development of society and the ability to use them in professional activity and social interaction; ЗК 6. The ability to act socially responsibly and consciously; ЗК 8. Ability to learn and master modern knowledge; professional (special) competencies: СК 1. The ability to operate the basic categorical and conceptual apparatus of sociology; СК 2. Ability to master and use the main classical and modern sociological theories.
Learning outcomes: Use the conceptual apparatus of sociology in educational, research and other areas of professional activity. Understand the history of sociology, its modern concepts and theories, the main problems. Apply the provisions of sociological theories and concepts to the study of social change in Ukraine and the world. Explain the patterns and features of development and functioning of social phenomena in the context of professional tasks. Communicate fluently in state and foreign languages orally and in writing on professional matters. Be able to use information and communication technologies in the process of searching, collecting and analyzing sociological information. Substantiate their own position, make and argue independent conclusions based on research and analysis of professional literature. Be able to develop a program of sociological research. Have the skills to collect social information using quantitative and qualitative methods. Present the results of their own research to professionals and non-specialists. Conceptual scientific and practical knowledge. Critical understanding of theories, principles, methods and concepts in the field of professional activity and / or training. In-depth cognitive and practical skills, mastery and innovation at the level required to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of professional activity or training. Data collection, interpretation and application. Communication on professional issues, including in a foreign language, orally and in writing Management of complex technical or professional activities or projects. Forming judgments that take into account social, scientific and ethical aspects. Organization and management of professional development of individuals and groups. Summary of the subject: The course "Sociology of Economics and Management" studies the relationship between management and labor in society. These relations arise as a result of the interaction of such social subjects as the manager and the executor, the owner and the subject, as well as the peculiarities of the use of sociological research methods in the study of labor and management activities.
Опис: Sociology of management as a separate scientific knowledge. Evolution of sociological theory of management. Management system as a set of social relations. The place and role of communication in the management system. Organizational culture. Social engineering in management. Business games in the management sphere: social aspect. Power and management. The concept of social adequacy of management. Sociology of economics as a science: the subject of study and the history of ideas. Social sphere of economic life of society. Economic behavior and economic consciousness. Social aspects of labor resources use. Work as a socio-economic process. Sociology of economic organizations and entrepreneurship. Socio-economic stratification and economic development. Quality of life and socio-economic progress.
