Learning outcomes: As a result of the course students should know: - basic concepts of computer science and information technologies; - systemic approaches and methods of office software package; - classification of applied software; - principles of applied software using in professional activities. As a result of the studies students should be able to: - use online resources for the blended and distance learning; - apply system approaches and methods of MS Office suite; - create and edit professional text documents; - use application tools for professional computing; - create databases and process them; - create professional presentations; - use Google and web2- services; - create web page with CMS.
Required prior and related subjects: - prerequisites: Computer Science (basic school course); - co-requisites: Theory of International Relations.

Assessment methods and criteria: - the reports of laboratory works (40%), - settlement and graphic work (10%), - test control (control measure - test) (50%).
