Завдання: - GC 2. Ability to preserve and multiply moral, cultural, scientific values and achievements of society based on understanding the history and patterns of development of the subject area, its place in the general system and knowledge of nature and society, and in the development of society, technology and technology, use different types and forms of motor activities for active recreation and healthy living; - GC 4. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity; - GC 5. Ability to work in an international context; - PC 1. Ability to identify features and trends, understand the nature, dynamics, principles of organization of international relations, public communications and / or regional studies; - PC 5. Ability to analyze the impact of the world economy, international law and domestic policy on the structure and dynamics of international relations and foreign policy; - PC 6. Ability to apply the principles of diplomatic and consular service, diplomatic protocol and etiquette, the ability to conduct diplomatic and business correspondence (in Ukrainian and foreign languages); -PC 7. Ability to analyze international integration processes in the world and on the European continent, and Ukraine's place in them; - PC 8. Awareness of Ukraine's national interests in the international arena; - PC 11. Ability to analyze the nature and evolution of international organizations, their place in the system of international relations, the main forms and prospects of Ukraine's cooperation with them; - PC 13. Ability to analyze the activities of international non-state actors and transnational relations; - PC 15. Ability to analyze features, development trends, forms, methods and tools of state regulation of regional and cross-border cooperation
Learning outcomes: LO01. To know and understand the nature of international relations and regional development, evolution, the state of theoretical studies of international relations and world politics, as well as the nature and sources of state policy in the international arena and the activities of other participants in international relations. LO02. To know and understand the nature and dynamics of international security, understand the features of its provision at the global, regional and national levels, know the nature and approaches to resolving international and international conflicts LO04. To know the principles, mechanisms and processes of foreign policy, interaction between foreign and domestic policy, definition and implementation in the international arena of national interests, the process of formation and implementation of foreign policy decisions. LO06. To know the nature and peculiarities of interactions of individual countries and regions at the global, regional and local levels. LO09. To investigate the problems of international relations, regional development, foreign policy, international communications, using modern political, economic and legal theories and concepts, scientific methods and interdisciplinary approaches, present research results, provide appropriate recommendations LO11. To carry out an applied analysis of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and other states, international processes and the international situation in accordance with the objectives, prepare information and analytical documents LOP 1.1 To know and understand the nature, dynamics of international processes in specific spheres of international relations, trends in their development Com 1.Ability to freely use foreign languages in practice in the specialty, to conduct direct and reverse translation of documents from foreign languages; AandV2. Summary of the subject: The course "History of International Relations" is an integral part of the cycle of disciplines of the specialty "International Relations" of the first level of higher education (bachelor's), the purpose of which is to ensure the ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of international relations, public communications and regional studies or in the learning process, which involves the application of theories and methods of political science and the science of international relations; formation of scientifically based ideas and systematized knowledge in students about the historical evolution of international relations in the era of Westphalia, Vienna, Versailles-Washington and Yalta-Potsdam (in bipolar and post-bipolar versions) systems, peculiarities of historical types of international systems, prerequisites for the formation of world politics.

Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (40%), oral examination, answers on seminars, writing essays. - Final control (60%): examination (three-level testing).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Speeches at the seminar class on the issues defined in the Plan of the seminar class (max. score – 3* -Preparation of an essay and a presentation (max. score – 4**). - Additions to the main speeches of colleagues, participation in the discussion of problematic issues, asking questions to colleagues (max. score - 2***).
