Мета вивчення дисципліни: theoretical and practical training of students in the field of planning the production and financial activities of enterprises in modern economic conditions, formation of a knowledge system on the methodology of developing business plans in the activities of enterprises and monitoring their implementation.
Завдання: General Competencies (GC): • the ability to conduct research at an appropriate level, to have research skills that are manifested in the ability to form (by making presentations or presenting reports) new products in the chosen field, to choose appropriate directions and appropriate methods for their implementation, taking into account available resources; • the ability to think abstractly, the ability to analyze and synthesize, which allows for the formulation of conclusions (diagnosis) for various types of complex management tasks, planning, analysis, control and evaluation of one's own work and the work of others; • the ability to search and analyze information from various sources; • entrepreneurial spirit, initiative due to the ability to effectively use in practice various theories in enterprise management; • skills in using information and communication technologies, implementing computer programs and using existing ones. . Professional competencies of the specialty (PC): • the ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics for effective management of economic entities in the conditions of a market economy; • the ability to find out cause-and-effect relationships, analyze and summarize external and internal management information for planning, organizing, motivating employees and controlling the activities of subordinates in divisions of enterprises and organizations; • the ability to understand and take into account economic, political, social aspects that influence the formation of current and prospective management decisions; • the ability to compile, draw up and operate appropriate documentation in the process of managing organizations.
Learning outcomes: Program Learning Outcomes (PLO): 1. Apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve management tasks of enterprises and organizations, using known methods. 2. To think systematically and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas for the implementation of an entrepreneurial business idea. 3. Search for information in various sources to solve the problems of effective strategic planning of the implementation of a business idea in the conditions of a market economy. 4. Combine theory and practice, as well as make decisions and develop strategies for the activities of enterprises and organizations, taking into account universal human values, public, state and industrial interests. 5. The ability to plan various types of activities, implement the construction of organizational structures for the management of organizations and units, use effective employee motivation and payment systems, ensure effective control of the quality of work and regulation of management processes. 6. The ability to establish and maintain relations with the external environment, analyze the market conditions for products and services, make optimal management decisions, provide their documentary support and effective implementation. Teaching and learning methods: Lectures, practical classes - information-receptive method, reproductive method, heuristic method, problem presentation method, independent work - reproductive method, research method. Methods of assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes: Current control. Knowledge assessment methods: selective oral survey; tests, discussion, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, etc.

Summary of the subject: The essence and features of the discipline "Business planning of the enterprise's activities" are aimed at students' acquisition of knowledge and skills in the development of business plans and their economic justification in the modern conditions of the business environment.
Опис: Business planning in the market management system. Preparatory stage of business plan development: structure, logic and design. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise (business project). Assessment of favorable external opportunities and hreats to the implementation of the business project Branch, enterprise and its products. Market research. Marketing plan. Pricing policy. Production plan. Formation of logistical base. Organizational plan. Risk assessment. Methods of risk impact assessment and directions for minimizing them. Financial plan
Assessment methods and criteria: current control - performing case studies, solving problems, preparing survey presentations at practical classes, writing a complex control paper.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: Practical work in classes - 30 points; Testing by discipline- 30 points; Complex control work according to options - 30 points; Solving problems - 10 points.
