Summary of the subject: Psychohygiene as area of scientific knowledge: object andtask. Methods ofpsychohygieneand psychoprophylaxis. Саногенний potential of personality. Problem of psychicaland psychological health of personalityPsychologicalfirmness of personality. Stressfirmness of personality. Methods of self-regulation are in the conditions of stresssituation. Methods of psychological help are during stress.Psychohygiene of emotionalsphere. Age-old psychohygiene. Psychohygiene of family anddomestic relations. Psychohygiene of professional activity ofpractical psychologist-worker.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (40 % ): verbal questioning, writing reportsfrom practical works; - final control (60 %, examination).
