Learning outcomes: Collect, integrated analysis and generalization of materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test and others, and verify their authenticity using modern research methods.
Present your research on a legal topic, using primary sources and techniques of legal interpretation of complex complex problems arising from this study, to argue the conclusions.
Generate new ideas and use modern technologies in the provision of legal services.UM1. Apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations.
Have practical skills in solving problems related to the implementation of procedural functions of law enforcement agencies.
Integrate the necessary knowledge and solve complex problems of law enforcement in various areas of professional activity
Analyze the legal provision of information security.
Critical understanding of problems in the field and on the border of the field of knowledge
Ability to integrate knowledge and solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts
Clearly unambiguous communication of own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students
Management of workflows or initial processes that are complex, unpredictable and require new strategic approaches

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Legal information security" is dictated by the need to master the theoretical, methodological, regulatory framework for the organization and functioning of public authorities to ensure information security, analysis of the existing information security system focused on national security, basic rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine, guaranteeing equal participation of all subjects of information interaction in the global security system, priority legal protection of national values, goals and interests in the information sphere, overcoming threats in the information sphere.
The program "Legal support of information security" is built in order to most fully master the necessary educational material. While studying the discipline, students learn the theoretical foundations and methodological foundations of law enforcement, study them legal status, forms and methods of law enforcement agencies, get acquainted with the practice of international legal activities of law enforcement agencies in combating cybercrime in the field of information security of the state.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment methods: oral interview at seminars, speech at seminars with a presentation, report, abstract, control work, group work in seminars.
Evaluation criteria:
current control - 60 points;
final test - 40 points.
