Summary of the subject: The main task for teaching " Technology of the mechanical assembly production " is to provide students with knowledge of the patterns of typical assembly processes. It’s study hhe question of the design features of the process assembly. the stages of design and standardization of assembly work are analyzes. An assembly method development schemes and features design devices for assembly are learned. We consider methods of analysis of technological designs machines. Analyzes and precision assembly are the factors that affect the appearance of errors in the preparation, classification and ways to avoid. The questions dimensional analysis in assembly technology and methods to ensure the accuracy closing level in the product, complete interchangeability, part interchangeability, group interchangeability, compensation and adjustment are study. Analyzes the types of deformation of details that arise during the preparation, classification and stiffness of parts and assemblies is provided. These methods and control accuracy, the concept of technical inspection was shown. The adjustment of the preparation is analyzed. It’s outlook the calculations closing level of access that is provided to ensure fit and surface quality as a result of grinding, polishing, scraping, drilling and expansion, plastic deformation and so on. Practices are analyzed with the use of plastic and elastic deformation products.
