Learning outcomes: • to be able to create control programs for CNC machine tools, to use when programming with modern CAM and computer application programs. • to be able to develop the technological process of processing of products on CNC machines for various purposes; • create programs to control CNC machines of various types for the treatment of products and apply at the same application software.

Summary of the subject: Features of CNC machine tools. Programming of machining on CNC machines. The development of control programs in the program FeatureCAM. Overview of the development of control programs in the PowerMILL. Additional opportunities in the development of KP. The projection processing. Corner treatment in the system. 4-axis machining. Finish according to the scheme 3+2. 5-axis machining.
