Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the subject "Technological processes in electrical engineering" is the theoretical and practical preparation of students for future professional activities in the positions of technological engineers, design engineers and production organizers at enterprises engaged in the production, repair, modernization and operation of electric machines and electrical household appliances of various purposes .
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competences in the students of education. General competences: - GC1. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis; - GC2. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations; - GC3. Ability to communicate in the national language, both orally and in writing; - GC5. Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources; - GC6. Ability to identify, pose and solve problems; - GC7. Ability to work in a team; - GC8. Ability to work autonomously. Professional competences: - PC2. Ability to solve practical problems involving the methods of mathematics, physics and electrical engineering; - PC4. The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems related to problems of metrology, electrical measurements; - PC9. Awareness of the need to improve efficiency electric energy, electrotechnical and electromechanical equipment; - PC10. Awareness of the need to constantly expand one's own knowledge about new technologies in electric power, electrical engineering and electromechanics; - PCS3. The ability to argue the choice of methods for solving specialized problems, critically evaluate the obtained results and defend the decisions made.
Learning outcomes: • knowledge of the peculiarities of the structure of the basic types of electromechatronic converters and the principles of construction of technological processes for the manufacture of individual parts and components; • ability to analyze the state of the technological process and make decisions for its adjustment or correction; • the ability to apply professional-profiled knowledge and practical skills to solve the typical tasks of the organization, technological preparation for the production of basic types of electromechanotron converters; • ability to use regulatory, technical and reference literature.

Summary of the subject: The main principles of design and development of technological processes of manufacturing parts and assemblies of electromechatronic converters, organization, preparation and quality control of production are considered. Types of work, technological operations and capabilities of metalworking machines are analyzed.
Опис: General questions of technological processes design. Quality of manufacture of structural elements of electromechanical converters. Manufacturing errors. Types of work performed on turning, milling, drilling, planing, grinding, coordinate boring machine tools. Technology of billet, foundry, stamping works. Manufacturing technology of individual parts and components of electrical machines and apparatus. Manufacturing of windings and magnetic circuits.
Assessment methods and criteria: The final control of knowledge is carried out in the form of a differentiated assessment. The final semester grade is issued based on the results of the current control on a 100-point scale. Current control is carried out in the form of an oral survey at the beginning of classes, based on the results of the defense of laboratory work reports, based on the results of the performance of control work, and also based on the results of a written control event.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
