Summary of the subject: Automation of evaporation. Automation of crystallization. Automation of absorption. Automation extraction processes. Automation adsorption processes. Automation of desorption. Automation of drying. Automation of rectification. Automation of chemical reactors. Automation of individual process industries.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): written reports on laboratory work, oral questioning; - Final control (70% control measure, exam); written-oral form (70%).

Summary of the subject: Explanatory note: introduction, analysis of the process as a control object (description of the process, the material and heat balances, justify the nominal values of process parameters and tolerances, technological card, a block diagram of the relationship between process parameters), feasibility study functional automation schemes, justification of choice of means of automation, calculation and simulation systems, automatic control, automation schemes description, specification of automation, conclusions, references. List of graphics. Functional diagram automation, electrical circuit connecting a microprocessor, program operation the microprocessor controller, circuit simulation and research management.
Assessment methods and criteria: -Final control (100% control measure, test); oral form (100%).
