Мета вивчення дисципліни: Obtaining basic knowledge and practical skills in the field of real estate valuation and development of investor estimate documentation.
Завдання: The task of studying the discipline is to instill in students general ideas about the pricing system for construction objects, the ability to use modern software products when determining the cost of construction, the development of investor estimate documentation, resource estimate norms, the formation of contractual prices and construction calendar plans.
Learning outcomes: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning result: • have information on current regulatory documents, legislation, industry standards of professional activity in institutions, factories, organizations of the industry/field (according to specialization); • to have the basics of personnel and resource management, planning, control, and reporting skills at factories, institutions, and organizations of the industry/field; • to have practical skills of reflection and critical understanding of media production for the purpose of its further use; • the ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal support in determining the cost of construction; • the ability to determine the cost of construction works as part of investor estimate documentation, to form estimates and contract prices for the execution of works, to develop resource elemental estimate norms and to form acts of acceptance of works using software products and existing information bases.

Summary of the subject: General provisions of real estate valuation. Mechanisms for estimating the value of real estate objects. Price and pricing of construction products. System of estimated standards, prices and pricing in construction. The use of modern information technologies in the formation of the cost and duration of construction.

Price and pricing of construction products. Pricing system in construction. The use of modern information technologies in the formation of the cost and duration of construction.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (50%): independent works, control works and individual tasks, verbal questioning; - final control (50%, final control work, test control): in writing-verbal form.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (50%): individual tasks - 40 % verbal questioning - 10% Final control (50%): written component (30%); oral component (20%).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
