Мета вивчення дисципліни: The method of studying the discipline is: formation of theoretical knowledge, skills and practical skills in future specialists branch of saving information about the current state of various components of the environment (surface and underground waters, waters of seas and oceans, atmospheric air, bases); assessment of levels of harmful effects on environmental components of anthropogenic loads, forecasting changes in the state of the environment; mastering the main modern concepts of environmental monitoring natural environment at the local, regional, national and global levels levels; keeping inventories of natural resources, accounting for objects that have a harmful effect on the state environment, forecasting the state of the environment for the future; development of scientifically based recommendations for environmental protection events and their presentation in a cartographic form.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of education seekers competencies: general competences: IC01. FK03. The ability to conduct observation and instrumental and laboratory control of the environment, the influence of external factors on it, with selection samples (samples) of natural components. Learning outcomes: As a result of the study of the academic discipline, the student of education should be capable demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PR01. Know modern theories, approaches, principles of environmental policy, fundamental provisions of biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, biotechnology and professional and applied engineering-technological disciplines for modeling and solving specific environmental problems tasks in the production sphere. To be able to use information technologies and communication networks for environmental protection tasks. Independent work: Current and semester control. Knowledge assessment methods: selective oral survey, tests. Exam - test control, written survey based on the acquired knowledge of the latest measurement methods and modern measuring equipment and apparatus using regulatory and methodological and technical documentation.

Summary of the subject: Sanitary regulation. Statistical models of dispersion from point sources. The theory of convection-diffusion scattering dirt. Principles of empirical definition, graphics and computational methods for determining the vertical and horizontal dispersion variances graphical and numerical methods. The method of calculating maximum allowable discharges based self-cleaning. The migration of contaminants in the geological environment.

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the knowledge of students in the academic discipline is carried out on the basis of results of current and final controls. Current control (40%) is carried out during classes: performance practical works; protection of reports on practical classes. Final control (60%) is carried out during the exam: written component (50%); oral component (10%).

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
