Learning outcomes: The purpose of teaching the discipline is to study the fundamental concepts of corporate culture, structure, types of functions and external attributes of corporate culture, highlighting the role and place of corporate culture in the organization and harmonization of relations between market participants, reflection of technological aspects of corporate culture formation and development. the language of corporate culture with the personnel management system, the study of the influence of factors on the formation of corporate culture and highlighting the special role of the national economic mentality in this process.
The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes:
- knowledge of fundamental concepts of corporate culture, structure, types of functions and external attributes of corporate culture of the organization;
- knowledge of the role and place of corporate culture in the system of organization and harmonization of relations between market participants;
- ability to reflect the technological aspects of the formation and development of corporate culture and the relationship of corporate culture with the personnel management system;
- ability to study the influence of factors on the formation of corporate culture and highlight the special role of the national economic mentality in this process.

The role and place of corporate culture in the field of international transfer relations. The relationship of corporate culture with the personnel management system of the organization. Cultural scenarios of the organization. Financial literacy in the field of international transfer relations
Assessment methods and criteria: - The current control (30%) are workshops, laboratory work, oral interviews and test;
final control (70%, exam)
